I recently took my car to Tech One Automotive for routine maintenance and to replace the compressor and condenser, and I couldn't be happier with the service. My 1st visit to Tech One was perfect. From my call to make the appointment. I spoke with Billy Stillson, he was friendly, helpful and listened to my concern for my vehicle. I needed an oil change and before I got it done my engine light came back on. The VW dealership did not address the issue in January they just turned off the code. Billy made sure my vehicle was inspected top to bottom. They ran the code and found what was causing the issue and it was fixed in a matter of hours. I felt like everything was explained in a way i could understand and make an informed decision. I felt the work performed and cost were in line. Tech One has a comfortable waiting room and they also offer a free ride to work or home. I feel like I was well taken care of, and the warranty for the work performed was top notch. My printout explained everything they did to fix my issue. it also included service suggestions for time and mileage, with no high pressure to get it done right then. Next month when I get the suggested work done I know exactly what it cost upfront. Their service was fast and friendly. I would recommend Billy and the rest of the team at Tech One to work on your vehicle.

Have been taking my cars to Tech One for over 8 years. Always professional, always on schedule, and five star customer service. Must also point out the fabulous warranty they have on all their repair work. AWESOME!

We weren’t sure what was going with our older vehicle so we dropped it off with Tech One for an assessment. I didn’t have a way back home so they ordered me an uber which was such a relief. They gave me a thorough review of what all needed to be done, which wasn’t surprising given it’s an older car and we probably skipped some maintenance. They were totally fine fixing the most important issues and then gave us space to determine if we wanted the rest fixed or not. Super helpful, and friendly staff.
