Texas Mutual are frauds and have zero care for their clients. I was injured at work due to faulty equipment and 12 years later still no treatment. My adjuster Kimberly could care less about my case. Between them and OneCall the handling off my case was more then careless and unprofessional. Most recently I had to drive 1 1/2 hours to an office because nobody local would take their insurance. To be told I was rescheduled by OneCall.. When I contacted Texas Mutual they said they would figure it out. The dentist reached out to me saying they can’t reach them… So we rescheduled together. Hours later my adjuster emailed me saying she rescheduled me. I emailed back saying I already know because I scheduled it… She then emails me a letter saying she is stopping communication between us due to ME being unprofessional… I highly recommend if you work for a company who uses this place RUN! They will do anything not to pay for your treatment!!

Texas Mutual engages in fraud, deception and trickery to deny worker claims. They try to scam injured workers in the state of Texas. The state of Texas needs and has to shut them down. A semi truck going around 65 MPH collided into my work truck. The incident caused me to have two torn muscles, a damaged tendon, compression of my spinal cord, two herniated discs, and whiplash. They denied my claim saying all of these conditions were pre-existing. None of these conditions were pre-existing and they have the burden of proof to show that they are. They did not and will not because these damages were caused by the semi truck collision. They know they have the proof of burden to show they are pre-existing, but they try to get over on injured employees. Wow this is an insurance company engaging in the behavior. They are taking in millions of dollars, but at the same time trying to deceive injured Texas workers. It is so funny they send out letters to everyone saying if you lie you can serve prison time. What about the scammers of Texas Mutual? They scam us to avoid paying out claims. This company is in existence to scam injured workers. It is time for them to be shut down.

Unfair and unprofessional my elbow was dislocated Texas Mutual told me I'll need a surgery because some floating bodies inside my elbow. Next following appointment they said you don't need any surgery, sometimes just physical therapy works. ( I was unable to move my arm). So 3 weeks after my accident I go back to work with my arm in a sling ( I was roofer) after physical therapy my arm was still hurting and the motion was pretty bad, so after a long fight I get a surgery but Texas Mutual denied the physical therapy because they told me they already paid before the surgery, so I had to do the physical therapy by myself and I did it, I found back my motion but the pain was still there. So I asked Texas Mutual about a MMI Rating, Texas Mutual answered me your motion is good, you don't need any MMI. They didn't talk about my pain. My company paid $40000/year Texas Mutual,Today I'm not able to work anymore, I don't have any MMI. My elbow still hurt and Texas Mutual don't want to hear about my pain.

Terrible company shut down my business over 16 cents when all payments been made they to forever to do renewal stay away from this company they are unprofessional
