My husband and I were disappointed after the care provided by the PT and OT during my husband spinal fusion. The evaluations were brief and only verbal.They did not address any functional testing like bed mobility,ADL's or transfers. During a 3 week period,we had only 3 sessions with a PTA . We understand that Thanksgiving was around those days,but the entire week was a no show.

I have been very independent all my life. However, I was recently faced with needing last minute transportation for a surgical procedure. It was my first looking for services as a ‘senior citizen’ which was rather daunting. After calling, unsuccessfully, all transportation services I could find, I was referred to the Visiting Nurses Association. There, my situation was cheerfully and professionally resolved by Ms Aris Pineda, Aris Pineda VNA Customer Service Coordinator. It was a particularly complicated time and I was becoming quite anxious about being able to attend my procedure. Aris was calm and very friendly which brought everything back down to life size. I can’t thank her enough for her help. VNA is now my ‘go to’ transportation solution for any future needs and Aris will always be my primary point of contact Thank you again for your support and understanding

I had a fantastic experience with the caregivers from VNA from the nurses to the therapist. I want to shout out to Michelle physical therapy, Tanya for nursing and Brent for occupational therapy I am recovering from a triple bypass surgery

The entire staffing from the nurse, physical therapist, op therapist were great. Took their time with me answered all questions from myself and wife. Very polite and very professional.

11/19 WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH JENNY AT ONE THIRTY At 221, Jenny left a message on my cell phone, saying trees running 20 minutes to 30 minutes late.Did we still want her to come We spoke on the phone at 230 and I said I was surprised we didn't hear before then.I said yes come and she said she'd be there in twenty to thirty minutes When she came in, we had another provider doing something completely different, but Jenny was concerned.That insurance wouldn't pay for both.So she was reluctant to do anything Even when she was told that it was completely separate , she was still insisted that she should wanted to make sure you all would get paid for this visit When I mentioned Moffatt also wanting to have your company.Do the extended care?She said that would be a high level training , and that we would have to make sure that our insurance company would pay for it I said we should talk about this in the kitchen because it was upsetting my wife JENNY'S RESPONSE WAS.WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT THIS NOW BECAUSE THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED SHE IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL , DOESN'T SHOW UP ON TIME IS INSENSITIVE TO THE PATIENT , WHICH IS SITTING IN FRONT OF HER IN A FRAGILE STATE SHE IS NOT WHAT I THINK.YOUR COMPANY ENVISIONS AS A NURSE WE HAD SOMEONE ELSE FROM YOUR COMPANY LINDSEY.WHO WAS OUT HERE A FEW WEEKS AGO AND WILL BE OUT AGAIN TO.DAY.SHE IS A GOOD EXAMPLE OF YOUR COMPANY
