Vicki is a wonderful person who really hears out what you want to do with your eyebrow shape. I came with partially no eyebrows and she dramatically gave me a wonderful set of beautiful eyebrows that look very natural. She explains every care step and when to do touch ups. My confidence has boosted due to how natural they look. She is the best at what she does and I appreciate her dedication she gives to her clients.

OMG Vicki is the absolute best. I cannot give this woman more praise on her professionalism and her work is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend anybody who wants permanent makeup to go to her and if you’re thinking about doing this as a career she is the best most patient person to learn from please please please everybody go here. You will not regret it if I can give higher than a five star review I would.

BEWARE coming to get your eyebrows done from Vicki. Because I complained about not liking my eyebrows to her and commented on a post saying I was not happy with my eyebrows and told me I’m picky she blocked me off IG. I paid to be a model 250$ and pretty much told me I got what I paid for. I just wanted my eyebrows fix I was never happy with my right eyebrow. She told me and the student if I didn’t like my eyebrows she would fix it but it is a lie instead Vicki blocked me off on instagram. She didn’t want to fix it or give me a refund because the paper I signed. I asked for a picture of the document I signed but only sent me a piece of it not the entire thing. I do have pictures of the conversation and she told me wait awhile and the eyebrows will get better but they didn’t. She said I needed to pay 150$ more to fix them. Why would I pay more when in the beginning I said I was not happy. She’s a scammer. It was easy for her to block me than resolve the situation. Obviously she doesn’t want any bad comments on her page that’s why she deleted it and blocked me. I don’t know were you are getting about me having a restraining order on my ex which I don’t and I have proof to show that doesn’t exist. Nothing was hostile if you see the conversation. W. T. F. Is not hostile. You said you would fix my eyebrow and since I kept messaging you about fixing it you didn’t want too. I see I’m not the only person you messed up on and you don’t want to take fault for it. At any point I was not hostile to any of your staff nor you so please don’t lie to cover your back when you know you screwed up. What is funny that you are using any excuse to make me the bad one when you messed up. But if the tables had turned you would be upset if someone did what you did to me. Also, if you felt a weird vibe from me why not refuse the service to me? Plus I remember you telling the student you have a very nice client. I think you just can’t handle criticism.

Vicki does amazing work , I was always afraid to do my eyebrows until I found her , I took my 82yr old friend to get hers done also and we are both super happy , thank you Vicki for an amazing job !!!

One of the best technicians is Ms.Victoria Nguyen! She's an expert in her craft prodding superior results! I couldn't have asked for anything more. Additionally, the ambience of the studio is very Beautiful. I highly recommend The Brows Academy!.
