I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. The selection and quality is wonderful, the store is well laid out and easy to navigate, and great prices! Carlos was so helpful and we quickly found exactly what I was looking for. I’ll be back for future furniture needs. Haynes delivery has a great communication system and the young men who delivered and set up my couch were efficient, friendly and gracious. Truly a white glove service and well-worth the price.

Joel was an excellent salesman,and he was courteous from the moment he met me at the door through looking at several mattresses and box springs along with bed frames. He even added on additional supplies showing me the different mattress protective pads for my new mattress that I purchased. He has excellent customer service skills when it was a positive experience. Thank you so much. I can add photos after delivery! I had them leave it standing up because I'm getting the carpets cleaned so to me they installed it!

We just got a coffee table and a rug. The prices were great! The staff was quick and the process was seamless. We specifically worked with Joy and she was amazing. She was extremely kind and very helpful. If you end up at The Dump, you should really consider working with Joy!!!

Also worth mentioning the excellent delivery service. Worth every penny. The two delivery men did an excellent job bringing these 2 heavy pieces into my home without any damage and in record time. Candice was extremely helpful. We found several suitable sofas that might have worked in our home, but Candace pointed out one that was just perfect…and it was on sale for a price we could afford! Very knowledgeable and delightful salesperson with great personality. The entire experience was no-pressure as we deliberated our purchase. Her trainee was also charming and friendly but unobtrusive. Even a co-worker came by to check on us and sang her praises. Overall, we felt like we gained a friend in the industry and look forward to our furniture delivery!
