The Jewelry Store

I asked a local Facebook group for jeweler recommendations to resize my engagement ring and replace a stone that fell out, and Oscar was highly praised. The location was easy to find with plenty of parking. The store is beautiful with all the jewelry sparkling in the lights! Lisa immediately greeted me and assisted me with my ring. She brought Oscar over who pointed out a major problem with my settings. He offered an affordable solution and I left confident that my ring was in good hands. A week later Lisa called and I was able to pick up my ring. It’s perfect and the settings were adjusted to secure my stones better and offer a more comfortable fit. I honestly couldn’t be happier! The whole process was so easy and Lisa and Oscar really put me at ease. I won’t trust anyone else with my jewelry! Highly HIGHLY recommend!!!

I had an heirloom diamond necklace from my late grandmother (that was actually her original engagement ring) that I brought in to be remade into a more practical piece of jewelry I would be able to wear on a daily basis. Oscar et al created a beautiful solitaire and eternity band that is not only more modern and my own personal style, but more wearable than the necklace ever would have been. He was also able to create both of these in less than two weeks. Jackie was also incredibly helpful in the design process. Superb customer service. Simply incredible! 10/10 would recommend. I will be back to rework other heirloom jewelry into more wearable pieces.

Never visited a jewelry store before so I’m not exactly sure what I expected but whatever my expectations were, they were beyond met. I came in for a simple repair and didn’t guess anything would be too difficult and I assumed correctly as the very nice woman who helped me made the process of repair and polish as swift as possible, I really felt as if my problems were priority to these kind people. And the atmosphere was very warm and comforting with great furniture, kind staff, concession stand, and THE PUPPY. For this being the first jewelry store I’ve visited it really sets my standard for any other I may visit but until it’s time to look for a new jewelry store I know which one I’ll be coming back to.

Fantastic customer service! I met with Lisa Ortiz to inquire if they could fix my watch and really appreciated her attentiveness and knowledge. She showed me several beautiful pieces and I will definitely return. Looking forward to having them design something special.

Came in to the shop today to get a quote for a prong on my wedding ring that was damaged and the team at the Jewelry Store couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. They were able to fix the prong and clean my ring all within 5-10 minutes of me being there. Oscar had my ring looking brand new! I will definitely be returning for any future jewelry needs. Do not hesitate on visiting this location! Thank you Lisa and Oscar! I am one happy customer.
