I’ve been wanting to get a lash lift again for a while now, but I had been putting it off due to a bad experience I had years ago at a different lash salon. Unfortunately, at the other salon their technique caused my lashes to fall out, so I was understandably hesitant to try the service again somewhere else. However, after hearing great things from a friend and reading positive reviews, I decided to give it another chance and I’m so glad I did. I was definitely nervous going in, but the staff immediately made me feel comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The front desk assistant even shared that she had gotten a lash lift herself and took the time to show me her results, which really helped ease my anxiety. My stylist, Reena, was incredibly kind and professional. She walked me through the entire process beforehand and made sure to ask about any allergies, which I really appreciated. It made me feel like I was in safe and knowledgeable hands, especially given my past experience. During my previous lash lift, I remember feeling a burning sensation and being told it was “normal,” which made the process uncomfortable and concerning. 😅 This time was completely different. I didn’t feel any burning at all. In fact, I was so relaxed that I ended up falling asleep during the appointment, which says a lot about how gentle and well done the process was. I truly hope this review helps anyone who might be hesitant, especially if you’ve had a negative experience in the past like I did. I have very straight, downward pointing lashes, and I’m honestly so happy with how they turned out. The results look very natural, and lifted! Absolutely loved Stephanie for my lashes and Camryn for my eyebrows. The owner’s policy, however, is inconsiderate and ruthless. I wasted $165 on a Classic lash set, plus $25 lash cleanser that I never got to use, in addition to a cleansing brush that I also never got to use. Stephanie did an amazing job on my lashes. I’ve never had an allergic reaction prior. But this time I woke up with swollen, leaking eyes. Absolutely disgusting. Stephanie removed my lashes carefully and quickly. The front desk charged me $35 for removal. When I questioned it, she said “the stylist work off commission and a service was performed so you need to pay for it” like if I hadn’t paid enough already. I was upset but I decided to take some time to calm down before canceling my brow appointment. I calmed down and called after I left the doctor’s office, because I needed medical attention. I called to cancel my brow appointment because I realized that transaction for removal was greedy and unnecessary. Instead of asking me how I was healing the front desk girl had the audacity to try to convince me to keep my brow appointment and tried to convince me to book a lash lift/tint as well. Absolutely zero care for customer wellbeing and 100000% focused on your wallet.

I had such a great experience at Lash Lounge! The staff was super friendly, the salon was clean and relaxing, and my lash artist really listened to what I wanted. She took her time and made sure everything looked natural and flattering instead of overdone. My lashes turned out beautiful, lightweight, and exactly how I pictured them. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! The whole experience was easy and welcoming, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work and great customer service!

This Lash Lounge location had superior customer service. Everyone from the front desk to the lash stylists were kind and helpful. Camryn was my stylist and she took her time to listen to my past experience and what I was looking for. She was gentle, thorough, and a perfectionist. I had no irritation or issues throughout application and my lashes came out stunning. Will be coming back to this location!

I’m really disappointed with the outcome. I had gotten a lash lift and tint, the tint came out alright but the lift didn’t lift at all. I don’t know if it’s the product or the application but I have ASIAN stubborn eyelashes. So I left a review as a notice for any Asians looking for a lash lift, it does not work on our type of lashes. The lash technician was nice and on time but I wish I was told before the service that there was only a chance it would work. $118 down the drain.
