The Lash Lounge

I had a very disappointing experience at this lash studio. Before my appointment, I clearly explained the style I wanted and was told it could be done. After the service was completed, the final result looked nothing like what we discussed. The set was uneven, with visible gaps on both eyes, and did not match the reference provided. When I expressed immediately that I was unhappy with the outcome, I was told there was nothing that could be done because the technician had another client waiting. I was not offered a correction, adjustment, or solution at that time. I was simply told to take it up with the owner. It was extremely frustrating to be told after the entire service was finished that what I requested “couldn’t be executed,” especially since I was never informed of any limitation beforehand. That conversation should have happened before starting, not after. With my wedding only two days away, this experience added unnecessary stress during an already important week. Instead of attempting to correct the issue or take responsibility, I was dismissed and told there was nothing they could do. That is not the level of service anyone should expect when trusting a business with such an important event. There are noticeable gaps in the lash line on both eyes, which makes the set appear incomplete and uneven. I was also told the technician had another appointment, and it felt as though the service was rushed to finish quickly. Immediately after I got up, the next client was already ready to sit down with Lindsey, which reinforced that impression.

I never do bad reviews but this was necessary. I had an appointment for a hybrid full set a couple weeks ago. Total same out to $200 with tip even with their new customer promotion. They charged an extra $30 fee because it was a senior stylist doing the lashes. That was fine with me, I had a wedding to attend and wanted to have my lashes done without having to do my own. I showed the lady the exact lashes I wanted, and I showed her how full I wanted them, she said she could do that. It turned out to be the biggest disappointment. The falsies I do myself look better and fuller than my 200 dollar appointment. Right after my appointment I got a really awful irritation and within 5 days 70% of my lashes were gone. My eyes were bloodshot for a week. I got a text from the Lash lounge asking how I liked the service, and I replied with my concerns and of course they never replied. They didn’t even offer to remove them or fix the concern. This was the most underwhelming and awful experience. Coming from someone who had lash extensions for 3+ years, try a smaller place with more talent, customer service, care and integrity.

I was a “member” here for months and I wanted to share my experience because I wish I had known this beforehand. Ultimately I will be going elsewhere because my experience with this company left me feeling consistently taken advantage of financially. I liked my lashes and I liked my lash artist. However, the pricing and membership structure felt very unclear and confusing. After pausing my membership for a short period, returning to services ended up being 3x much more expensive than I anticipated - in my experience, it was significantly higher than a typical hybrid full set - and this price wasn’t something that was communicated beforehand. The appointment took about the same amount of time as a refill, which made the pricing feel inconsistent from my perspective. I also found the “credit” system confusing to keep track of, and often received texts giving me either the option to start my monthly payment early or pay a “full fee” which is double the cost. I reached out afterward to express confusion about pricing and didn’t receive a response, but did continue receiving messages about additional charges, which didn’t feel great as a client. Overall, while I liked the lash results, but the lack of clear, upfront communication around pricing and how the membership works made the experience feel frustrating and not fully transparent to me. I would recommend asking very detailed questions about total cost and policies before booking.

I just got my first ever set from Tatiana and she was amazing. I fell asleep and jumped awake during my appointment lol and she was so kind. It’s so cute and clean, I will def be back!

I have been going to Veronica since before Covid. She is amazing! I especially like that she is very particular, takes whatever time you need for your lashes to be perfect. The staff is friendly and always helpful. So glad I found Lash Lounge.
