The Lounge Nail Spa

What a wonderful experience! My mini wanted her nails done for her birthday, and The Lounge Nail Spa made it extra special. The staff was kind, patient, and did an amazing job on both of our nails. Her bright birthday nail design turned out absolutely adorable, and she couldn’t stop smiling and showing them off. The salon itself was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The pedicure chairs were comfortable, and the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. One thing I noticed was how happy all of the clients seemed. Everyone looked relaxed, satisfied, and genuinely enjoying their visit. My manicure and pedicure turned out beautifully, and my hands and feet feel refreshed and look great. This was the perfect birthday treat, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent service, a relaxing atmosphere, and beautiful results!

I literally just sat down in the chair, and I can’t even tell you how my nails are gonna turn out, but I would come here again already just based off of the customer service. They were a little bit busy when I walked in and they squeezed me in. I’m traveling for work and I wanted to pop in and get a manicure and pedicure and I’m so grateful they got me in. It’s clean, professional, and the massage chairs are amazing. There’s nothing worse than a weak massage. Wish I lived closer, but I’ll be coming here whenever I’m around the area! I can do an updated review after my nails are done, but I work in the customer service industry and I know that 90% of a service is how you were treated before during and after. So far 10/10. Ken was so welcoming and kind. Good sense of humor too, that’s always a huge plus 🥰 (If you saw this review on Yelp, it’s not fake. I just copy and pasted it because it’s very detailed and I wanted to put it on every platform possible) ***update*** Just walked out and I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a better gel manicure and pedicure in my life. The combination of the customer service and the nail polish is so smooth there isn’t one little bump or bubble. The shape is perfect. Obsessed with the color. I wish I could bring this whole Salon back to San Diego with me. Another thing I wanted to mention is how the staff interact with each other. Everybody’s laughing and smiling and that’s not always the case. 10 out of 10 I am beyond impressed.

Ken and team are amazing and super accommodating. I always bring intricate designs and they always say yes. Ken has always treated me with the utmost kindness me respect. I have brought so many people here because the work is impeccable. Highly recommend. There is an insane amount of care and professionalism. I’ll be back just like I do everything month.

This place is GREAT! Everyone is always super friendly and fun to be around. It’s a high energy place with people working hard to make your nails look fabulous. I’ve had great pedicures and gel nails done on a regular basis. I tend to do things last minute so I don’t have a regular person I go to. I feel comfortable with all the people working there and know I’ll get a fabulous manicure. They’ll work hard to fit you in. I like the owner. It’s easy if you need to shop at Safeway. It’s a good sized mall. So far I’ve only had very good experiences here! Six months later after a long trip back east and failed manicures by others Im back and really happy with the service!

They did my nails to perfection and everyone was so kind. Nails came out exactly like my inspiration photo. Will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you :)
