The Muscle Mechanic NOLA

I had an excellent experience with Ted at The Muscle Mechanic. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly takes the time to understand your body and what it needs. His approach is very results-driven — not just a typical massage, but real, targeted work that helps relieve tension and improve overall movement. You can tell he has years of experience and genuinely cares about helping his clients feel better. I felt a noticeable difference after my session and left feeling more aligned and relaxed. Highly recommend Ted to anyone dealing with muscle pain, stiffness, or looking for a more therapeutic and effective treatment.

I had been dealing with the worst neck pain for weeks. When I came to New Orleans for vacation, I finally reached my limit and knew I needed help. I found The Muscle Mechanic, messaged them on WhatsApp, and was thrilled to learn they had an opening. I immediately booked a 90-minute massage. This place was in an office space, you push the buzzer and they come let you in. The office was quiet and clean. OMG—Jamal has the hands of a god! I've had massages everywhere: high-end resorts, cruise ships, budget massage spots—you name it, I've tried it. But no one, and I mean no one, has ever gone so far above and beyond to help relieve my pain while also leaving my entire body feeling completely relaxed. Not only was the massage incredible, but Jamal also took the time to show me some effective stretches I can do on my own to help manage and alleviate the pain. That level of care and attention is rare. I even recommended him and this place to my Lyft driver. LOL. Wish I can find a Jamal where I live that has magical massage hands. Thanks Jamal!

I wasn’t exactly sure what I was getting into and was a little scared as I walk with pain everyday. Ted made me feel comfortable and at ease. Very informative and his technique truly helps the body as a whole. If you are looking for that relaxing spa massage this isn’t it but for me it’s exactly what I need to get my body back on track from the trauma it’s gone through over the years. I am looking forward to more release on my next visit! Thanks Ted!

I had an hour massage with Jamal, He was amazing. I highly recommend The Muscle Mechanic if you are in need of relaxation or need attention to painful areas. I have lower back pain after a recent surgery and the massage techniques used here …
