I visited this salon after seeing positive reviews online. While I was happy with the haircut itself, my overall experience was disappointing due to the level of professionalism and customer service. The haircut quality was good, and I appreciate the stylist's technical skills. However, there are a few things I believe future customers should be aware of: Hair wash and products: The salon shampoos your hair before the haircut, but I noticed only a very small amount of product was used( peanut size). The conditioner was rinsed off almost immediately rather than being left on for a few minutes. I would recommend asking about the shampoo and conditioner brands being used and ensuring you are comfortable with the products. Attention during service: During my appointment, my haircut was interrupted multiple times when another customer arrived . The stylist appeared eager to attend to that customer( kept assuring , am going to come to you in few mins repeatedly while she was choppingmy hair)and left my service midway to assist them. Not all customers are treated equally, which was disappointing given the premium pricing.She was literally in a rush didn't even check if the lengths are fine nothing literally nothing. Blow-dry experience: The person who blow-dried my hair used very high heat, which felt uncomfortable. If you are sensitive to heat or concerned about hair damage, I recommend specifically requesting a lower heat setting. The average cost is around $65, which I personally don't mind paying if the service matches the price. The overall customer experience did not justify the premium cost for me. I hope the salon improves its professionalism and consistency in customer care.

I found Monica at The Touch Salon by chance, and it was the best chance I ever took! Monica is warm, friendly, and incredibly talented at what she does. She listened to exactly what I did and did not want, and I couldn’t be happier with my layered haircut! I will never go to anyone else. I had an amazing experience! They did a fantastic job with both my haircut and hair coloring. The haircut was stylish, fresh, and suited me perfectly, and the hair color turned out absolutely beautiful. Touch is the best! Monica and the two other girls were absolutely warm and welcoming to me and my two girls. We got great cuts, super happy, it was worth every penny and the 40 minutes drive.
