Shamatè is amazing at her craft. I had a sisterlocks retie as a new client as I am currently out of state working. She took her time to ensure my parts were on point and included a shampoo with the service. I will definitely be referring clients to her in the future.

So pleased with the Microlocs I was blessed with from Tae of the The2TiteXperience!! She is professional, punctual, meticulous and does beautiful work. From the ambiance of her salon, to the light music in the background my experience going to her has been so pleasant. She also happens to have a happy spirit about her and positive vibe that is fun to be around. My microlocs were installed on September 17, 2023 utilizing the interlocking method and I just got my hair retied for the first time today. I love that she is open to educating her clients about how to care for their hair with the emphasis that everyone's hair is different, which helps me not compare my results to others. If you're interested in getting your microlocs, sisterlocks or belle microlocs, she's the one you should go to. Don't hesitate, just schedule your consultation. You will not be disappointed. 🥰🥰🥰

Linda is great. Don’t play yourself and skip out on her simply because she’s Vietnamese. Her touch is amazing and she takes feedback very well. I don’t know how she does it, but somehow she stays on that fine line between braiding your hair tight enough so that it looks nice and clean, but not so tight that the braiding process is painful and unenjoyable. I’m so grateful that I found her. And I have to add that Tae (Shop Owner) Is super helpful and passionate about her job, so don’t mistake her passion for a nasty attitude. You want someone that’s serious about what they’re doing whether it be the chef that’s cooking your food, The carpenter that is building your house or in this case, the skilled women that are braiding your hair or maintaining your locs! The shop is in a well organized intimate setting and the women there work so great together. Can’t wait to go back again. Five stars all the way!

I came to have my acrylics removed and was adamant about having them soaked off. Tay completely understood and went thru the proper process of removing them gently. She was very professional, efficient, and attentive. I will definitely be back. It’s so wonderful to have my nails done at a black owned nail salon! I walked away with my nails strong and in tact 💅🏾

I am honestly so disappointed. I am writing this on behalf on my friend who politely sent her a message about her nails and she blocked her and responded rudely. I am not generally one to leave bad reviews for any struggling business, but I feel others should be aware. Not only was the final result not at all what I imagined, but also the service I received from a newly opened business was abysmal. The only reason I have given at least one star is that I was provided this service after normal business hours. I was uncomfortable for the most part of the appointment for how I was treated and then was charged 80 dollars for a design that could have been done in 50. And when I respectfully reached out to her about my feelings, I was completely disregarded. This is a picture of my finished nails. I will say that the shape itself was done nicely and I appreciate at least that, but customer service is the most important part of a one-on-one service.
