Heather is patient, honest, knowledgable, efficient, communicative, and incredibly sweet. She has literally changed my life for the better (the best!). Not to mention she secured a killer deal. What a dynamo!

Think Real Estate and our agent Jené DeSpain were an absolute dream to work with! Jené is everything we could have hoped a realtor would be and so much more. From the moment we met her, we knew we wanted her and the Think team in our corner, and it paid off bigtime. We felt supported in more ways than we could have dreamed of as first time home buyers. Jené answered any and every little question we had and helped us navigate through all of the hoops and hurdles nobody tells you about until you're buying a home for the first time, and while it was a stressful endeavor (because any purchase this significant has its stressors), we couldn't have asked for better representation from an agent. Dear Shannon and Charity, I went through a very challenging time last year in 2024. My dear Uncle had a massive stroke and in a split second I had to make some big decisions on selling our estate. I reached out to Shannon who has helped with many of our friends find homes and sell homes. I know a few other realtors, but asked her and to help sell our place that my Uncle and I shared. We discussed the situation, then signed a contract. My Uncle suffered a massive stroke and I spent my days between getting estate sale stuff ready, things fixed in the home, visiting my Uncle at the hospital everyday after moving things, fixing things etc. I finally started listening to Shannon (realtor) and after the Estate sale was done, She made everything else so easy. I was going to do painting, cleaning and so much more. With Shannon’s resources and suggestions, she launched a series of project management initiatives which gave me some more time to see things through with my Uncle and his recovery. Shannon executed a lot of things in a short time. Painting, pressure wash,roof cleaning, landscaping and more. Talk about attention to detail and the best communication!! I’m so thankful for Shannon and her team. I was reluctant to stage the house after it was empty and clean, but I listened and I think anyone who’s selling their home should stage their home. If I could give more stars, I would. This team is absolutely incredible and worked so hard to find us a home that works for our family, not just now but down the road. They will give you no BS when it comes to touring homes and dissecting the house into one that will inspect well. They have made the home buying process as low stress as possible. Lauren and Daisy are wonderful and trust them when it comes to any and all things real estate. Also if you want to talk books, they have great recommendations.
