Thomason's Fine Jewelry

Great, great family business. I’ve been doing business with Mr Thomason for many years. Exemplary customer service starting with the owner and Zach who runs the front desk. Both know me on a first name basis, always greeting me with a smile and the various workmanship done on my jewelry from mounting new diamonds, sizing, or even just cleaning my jewelry is superb. Have recommended to other family members as well who are very happy with their outcome. I highly recommend this small family business. You will not be disappointed. Again, thank you Mr Thomason and Zach for the great service you always provide for your customers. You are the BEST!!!

The custom engraving on my husband's wedding band came out perfectly. Every letter was sharp and evenly spaced, exactly how I imagined it. It's those little details that make a meaningful gift even more special.

The stone is mounted crooked. The prongs are curved, not prepped to be bent flush to the stone, so it snags. Also the prongs weren't burnished, so the ends are thick, clumsy, crooked. Will have to pay, again to have it re done correctly by a professional who knows their craft. Impersonal, sloppy, and unapologetic about being late with the order.

Outstanding customer service, this place is an incredible gem in Pasadena! I would give them 10 stars if I could, and if you are ever in need of gold or platinum dipped roses, this is the absolute best place to go in the entire city. They carry a variety of colors and style, I think I just found a new place to carry my Valentine’s Day tradition. Thank you guys for being the absolute best and what you do!

My family and I used Thomason's Jewelry for many, many years and we have been satisfied. Their quality of jewelry is far superior to chain stores, their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them for all of your jewelry needs
