Crystal helped to fix my uneven bleaching and it came out smoother than ever! I was able to get a walk in service and complete it all in one day. The price was good and they were very nice. My after photo is after 1 week.

It is extremely rare for me to leave a bad review for a small business because I know the challenges they face, but I literally just cried in the parking lot after spending two entire weekend afternoons to get what I hoped would be lightening my grown out sections. I hope my review helps them made the necessary changes and listen to what their customers actually are saying. I also hope this review lets other clients with fragile hair make an educated decision about getting color here. After spending many hours there including coming back next day to fix the very obvious lines between the old and newly blonde hair, the outcome of my blonding of the grown out hair was having my ALREADY fragile hair fried with bleach twice and other chemicals multiple times, and having them paint a dark brown OVER all the bleaching they did to fully cover it up (WHY? aren’t you supposed to blend with something BETWEEN the new blonde and your real color?) So it was like it didn’t even happen & i came out with my grown-out hair looking almost DARKER than when I came in in spite of the damage the double bleaching and dying leaves. (The front pieces and top layer is not as bad but if i move/pin my hair at all or do a ponytail, theres a sea of brown everywhere underneath, as you can see in pics. And my fragile hair can’t stand a THIRD bleach/coloring so im stuck feeling like an ugly raccoon for months :( I did not feel listened to when I expressed concerns that it might not be the right direction or what i wanted, which other salons had successfully and safely executed. Several different people rather than the person I had the appointment booked with (who made decisions but then often walked away) were occasionally doing the coloring, even though i hadnt booked with them. During the fixing, I was watching them section hair into big sections with a fatter brush tip than I’m used to and basically lazily winging it instead of the careful, diligent multiple small sections with a thin metal tip other salons take the time to do (so obviously things don’t look natural) and theres entire groups of strands that are like a stripe like a raccoon. Yes, i feel ugly because the dyed brown pieces look like I just kept my overgrown pieces and its not unattractive. But I trusted them with my hair and to communicate if needed. So I’m MOST upset that my hair took a double bleach damage beating only to be completely painted over with dark brown, so it was all for nothing after two afternoons wasted. My hair is already prone to breakage and this really sucks. 😔

This is not a high end hair establishment. We tried out this place from the recommendation of a friend because I am tired of paying a ridiculous amount of money for a simple hair cut at high-end places with results that I often didn't even like. Prices here is extremely affordable, the stylist only does what she was asked to do (hair cut in our case, showing her pictures of the desired results) with no extra services. To my surprise, the results turned out to be excellent, the stylist was experienced from practice and did a fantastic job. We will definitely return.

Avoid this salon at all costs if you value your time, respect, and a stylish haircut! I had an appointment and ended up waiting 45 minutes while the hairstylist, 阿芳 (a woman from Hunan), casually chatted with others, showing complete disregard for her work and customers. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive throughout. To make matters worse, they demanded a tip after the service, which felt entirely inappropriate and forced. My sister and I have been loyal customers for years, but the quality has drastically declined. The salon is staffed entirely by older women who seem to have no understanding of modern styles or trends, making it a terrible choice for women seeking a fashionable cut. This experience was beyond disappointing—easily one of the worst salons I’ve ever been to. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!
