TL NAILS

I absolutely love my PERFECT nails! I came in at 7:10 last night hoping to squeeze in a spot to get my nails done. The nice ladies asked what I wanted done & had a few options for suggestions. I told them to do whatever doesn't take too long because I knew they close at 8 and didn't want them to stay too late. They told me it didn't matter - as long as I left with perfect nails that I loved. I thought that was so sweet! I will be recommending them to anyone I know.

OMG, this place is amazing but not perfect, also the nail techs where very polite. (Btw im 11) So I walked in the nail salon with my dad and I didn't really know what I wanted but the workers didn't rush me and they helped me find what I wanted, so they sat me down and started removing my old nails and they asked me " do you want tip or natural?" And I said" idk the length of my natural nail, so can you remove my old nails so I can decide if I want tip or natural?" Than she said "ok!", than I've chosen tip. There where some issues like she nipped me a few times with her file thingy bc I slipped but its fine mistakes happen , and the was a miscommunication of my nail designs but that's ok. BTW the nails are very VERY VERY beautiful, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! 👍👍

Don’t go there if you want design nails. I showed them a design and they said they could do it. Like 3 of them kept coming every 5 minutes to ask me what i wanted to do even though I already showed them a picture and they even took a picture of it. One person started doing my nails and left me midpoint to go do someone else’s nails. She sent someone else to come do my nails and midpoint the person said I had to wait because she doesn’t know how to do a design nail and the person that left is the only one that can do it. I had to wait another 15 minutes to get the person to come back. On top of that, they did something completely different and even though I told them this wasn’t what I had requested and not the picture I showed them, they said they didn’t have that and wanted to force me to just accept what they did like that. Why take a customer when you do you can’t do what they had requested? They still ended up charging me a ridiculous amount of $95 for the terrible job they did. They had no decency to even apologize. Here’s my 2 cents: Don’t go there for design nails!

This place gets a full star because half or less of a star is not an option. Only stopped in on a spur of the moment, convenient time opportunity, while in the adjacent Shopping Center. Received a full set of nails and my teenager received a manicure. The final outcome of my fingernails is the worst I've ever had! (This confirms my decision in driving an hour away in following my usual nail lady for the lasy 8yrs!) My nails are Lumpy, oddly shaped, and poorly glossed. They're just completely BOTCHED, even after I gave multiple directions and received multiple redos. I should have taken the sign of no customers present at 4 p.m. on a Monday more seriously. Five employees present (well sort of... they were all eating, playing on their phone, enjoying their own pedicure chair massager and just tending to themselves) The "owning" & only male of the bunch did my nails. I had to ask repeatedly for revisions, such as, can you use a wider tip? Can you add more powder to the side? Can you file this to look more even? Can you add more gloss to the tip? Etc. It was as if he had never done a set of Nails in life! The license that is supposed to be displayed was in a small frame but turned backwards and not visible at all. (Wonder why!?) My kid's manicure was no better! Upon arriving home, she removed the Polish and repainted her own nails. So in my experience I'd advise DO NOT USE this place.... picture proven.
