Ryan was very efficient and professional. He answered all my questions regrading my auto and home owners insurance. His knowledge and expertise were very helpful for me in making my decisions for my policies. I am completely satisfied and have a better understanding, would highly recommend. Thank you Ryan!!

I've sticked with this company for long time (2-3 years), especially since this agent location. We were a loyal customer of Allstate.I come up with my mom to look for Hân (Hannah) helping few questions about the auto insurance last couple week. She answered me quickly, and she left us sitting table for 10 mins. Even though she mentioned she will be back. I don't see the energy in her; she gave a terrible service experience. Everytime I go there asking her questions she answeer real quick and she runs away to do other stuffs, and she says call her if we have any questions or concerns. We called couple times, and there is voicemail and we have not been answered or called back. It happen more 5 times. What's going on with her?? I am really frustrated the way she works. I AM NOT APPRECIATED AS HER CUSTOMER. If she does not feel well then she can find the other job, why let me make a trip from my house to there 30 mins each trip ( go there and come back house 1 hour ) just to ask the questions which should be answered on the phone. SHE NEVER PICKS HER PHONE. I CALLED AND ALWAYS BE LEFT IN VOICEMAIL. That's only thing I don't feel appreciated/ treat as the customer. IF YOU WANT TO GO ALLSTATE, RUN AWAY THIS LOCATION!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT FRIENDLY SERVICE. If so, DO NOT LOOK FOR HÂN (HANNAH) she will ruin your day!! I DO NOT come back this location. 1/10 service.

My sale producer, Kieu Nguyen, was very helpful and responsive. She went out of her way to assist us in finding the best policy for my family and making sure everything is clear. All my needs were taken care of and I felt like a valued customer. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of service.
