⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love shopping at Tory Burch Outlet! I come here often, and the customer service is always exceptional. Jasmine is wonderful and always treats me with kindness and professionalism. She makes every visit enjoyable and truly cares about her customers. Gabby and Thara are also amazing. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome as soon as I walk into the store. Their positive attitude and friendly service keep me coming back. I believe Thara is the manager, and she does a fantastic job creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff. The store is beautiful, well organized, and has an incredible selection of handbags, shoes, and accessories. Thank you, Jasmine, Gabby, and Thara, for always making my shopping experience so special. It is distinctive and beautiful, with constantly updated pieces, but prices have increased a lot, and I think this is the case for most places. When there are discounts on some products, it becomes a nice opportunity.

Hands down the easiest shopping trip, huge huge huge shoutout to MIRIAM. She is quite literally the best. Tended to our every needs and even got our scarf on our handbag coordinated. We loved our experience that we went back later for another purchase. Definitely will be back and will ask for MIRIAM right away!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tory Burch store For the past three years, I’ve visited this location every year during my birthday trip to Orlando and always shop here. As part of their birthday program, I usually receive a $50 birthday coupon. This time, I selected a couple of items and wanted to use my birthday reward to purchase an additional gift for my mom. Unfortunately, my phone had only 1% battery and died before I could pull up the email with the coupon code. I explained the situation to the cashier, who called the manager. I believe his name was Braid (or something similar). I politely asked if they could help by looking up my information, contacting customer service, or offering any alternative solution, as I was leaving for Miami that same day and had no way to charge my phone. The manager refused to help in any way. He simply told me to come back after charging my phone, which was not possible. What made the situation worse was his attitude, he turned his back and walked away while I was still speaking. He didn’t even ask if I wanted to continue with my purchase without the discount or try to offer any kind of assistance. He just dismissed me and left the conversation unfinished. As a loyal customer who shops at this store, I’m extremely disappointed. This was poor customer service and not what I expect from a brand like Tory Burch. Overall, this experience left me very upset with the store and how customers are treated. I hope management addresses this, as experiences like this reflect badly on the store and its leadership.
