Sam Lee was a terrific agent to do a deal with. I showed one of his Avery Ranch listings to a client and we ended up putting an offer in on it. It was chosen due to how well Sam had gotten the home updated with new floors, counters and paint. He went above and beyond to help coordinate the new roof being on before closing and communicating clearly throughout the process. My experience working with Sam and Wendy was fantastic. Our friends introduced their agent Wendy to us when they learned that we wanted to buy a house. Wendy then asked Sam to help us find the properties we are interested in. Sam is an incredible hard-working person with great patience.
