I’m writing this review as someone with 15 years in the automotive industry, including 10 years as a BMW technician and now an automotive business owner. I called Toyota of Irving to schedule a road force balance and alignment on our 5th gen 4Runner after seeing their “Offroad Place” event, which claimed they could properly handle lifted vehicles. Right from the start, communication was an issue. I was told I’d get a callback to schedule never did. I had to call back myself. We arrived early around 11 AM and were told the job would take 2–3 hours, so we expected it done by around 3–3:30 PM. Even accounting for a 12 PM pull-in time, this is a 3-hour job max based on my own experience. We left for a movie and received zero updates. When we returned around 3–3:30 PM, we had to hunt down an advisor, only to find out the road force had just been finished. After reviewing dash cam footage, the timeline showed: Pulled in around 12:00 PM Road force didn’t start until 1:45 PM Alignment didn’t start until 4:16 PM Pulled out at 5:15 PM The timeline matches what we experienced—the issue is everything started late with no communication. We didn’t receive a real update until 5:23 PM via text saying it would be ready at 5:40 PM—over 6 hours after drop-off. I was very specific with my requests: Asked for off-road techs (don’t believe that happened) Requested before/after alignment specs (only got after) Asked for road force numbers per wheel (never received) I also asked for attention to detail: Remove wheel weight residue (even provided my own Ingersoll Rand eraser wheel) — not done Hide weights behind spokes — not done The “highway test drive” was just a short drive around the block based on dash cam footage. After getting home, it was clear only 2 of the 4 wheels were even properly attempted for road force. Markings were off, and residue was still present. The only recommendation we got was a cabin air filter—even though it was replaced a month ago, which makes me question if it was even checked. Pricing was fair—I don’t mind paying for quality work. What I do mind is my time being wasted. That’s 6+ hours I won’t get back, time I could’ve spent being productive in my own business. By the end, our entire day—including dinner plans—was thrown off. If we were told upfront it would take until 6 PM, we would’ve just dropped it off and avoided most of the frustration. Lack of communication, poor time management, and lack of attention to detail. This will most likely be our first and last time coming here.

I had an AMAZING experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid from Toyota of Irving! Mo, Shelby, and Betty were truly incredible people to work with. From start to finish, everyone was friendly, professional, and never made me feel pressured. I had an exceptional experience at Toyota of Irving when I purchased my 2018 Toyota Highlander on June 18, 2026. First, I would like to sincerely thank Athena, the Internet Sales Manager, who was the first person I communicated with. I was originally asking about a Highlander 2023, and I explained that I was looking for a Highlander with higher mileage and a reasonable price. Athena listened carefully to what I was looking for and told me about a Highlander that had just arrived and was not even published online yet. She sent me pictures while the vehicle was still being detailed and cleaned, and her quick response and excellent communication encouraged me to come and see it. That first step led me to an amazing experience. When I arrived at Toyota of Irving, I met Miguel, my salesperson, and I immediately noticed his professionalism, respect, and kindness. Miguel is a young professional with a great attitude and a genuine way of treating customers. He made me feel valued and respected, not just like another customer. His patience, honesty, and dedication throughout the process made a strong impression on me. I also want to give special recognition to Carlos, Miguel’s manager, for his outstanding professionalism and leadership. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed correctly and smoothly. He promised me that he would help me get the second key I wanted and take care of anything that needed attention, and he kept his promise. He handled everything with great care, responsibility, and a very smooth finishing process. Carlos showed me that customer satisfaction was truly important to him. I would also like to recognize Roger, who assisted in the Used Car Department. Roger did a wonderful job supporting the process and helping make everything easier. His professionalism, cooperation, and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. I want to sincerely thank Terry from the Finance Department and the Finance Director as well. They provided excellent assistance, answered my questions, and helped me receive my digital paperwork in a professional and timely manner. The entire team at Toyota of Irving went beyond my expectations. They did not just complete a sale; they built trust and created a memorable experience. Their respect, honesty, teamwork, and dedication showed me that they truly care about their customers. I truly love my Highlander, and I appreciate the recommendation and guidance I received from this amazing team. Because of this experience, I will proudly recommend Toyota of Irving to my family, friends, and my community.
