Trafee Coffee and Tea

I came 2 times , once was during their soft opening, and the other was on their grand opening. Their matcha was the main reason we visited at first, cause the color looked promising. It was decent 8/10. One of the best matcha spots in Katy/ Houston area for me. They hand whisked the matcha, it was pretty good for the price and portion. Recommend matcha latte or Jasmine matcha. Their jasmine tea was pretty good , the scent of jasmine was stronger🌸. Their coffee is on the stronger side than average American coffee, since they served Vietnamese coffee which extracts from “Phin”. Highly recommend if you’re looking for Vietnamese style coffee. The drinks with no ice will not be fill up. I recommend to togo no ice to keep the consistency original whenever you wanna drink it later. The staff were nice and kind. Cute shop, clean and spacious enough to hang out.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and comfortable seating. It’s a cozy spot to hang out with friends, and there are plenty of places to charge phones or laptops. Overall, I really liked the vibe. I ordered the coconut matcha latte with 50% sweetness and half ice, and it was delicious. However, I noticed my drink wasn’t filled to the top of the cup. My friend ordered a different drink with half ice as well, and hers was filled all the way up, so the difference stood out to me. Since my drink was $9.25, I was a little disappointed by the portion size. The flavor was great, but I would have appreciated a fuller cup.

Jasmine matcha - 9/10 - Strong ceremonial matcha🍵 combined with sweet jasmine tea Salted coffee - 9/10 - Really creamy and strong vietnamese coffee☕️, saltiness was pretty light Hazelnut oat latte - 9/10 - Good balance of sweet and strong🌰 Trafee opened this past September and they specialize in both coffee and matcha. The drinks were creamy and well balanced between sweet and strong. I really liked them and would definitely go back to try other drinks!😍

This new coffee shop just opened last weekend. It’s very spacious and clean, with a great selection of coffee and tea. The lychee tea is refreshing and fragrant, and the boba in the Trafee milk tea is soft. The cheese cream in the drip coffee is cheesy, creamy, and perfectly balanced, not too sweet. I ordered everything at 25 - 50% sweetness, and it was perfect for me. Overall, a great spot for coffee and tea!

Trafee has a nice interior decor! Service was prompt and good. Ordered the golden peach tea (75% sugar & no ice). Refreshing but would adjust to 50% sweetness next time. Got the cheese cloud bac xiu (75% sugar) and enjoyed it! Can't wait to try other coffee options. I recommend this cafe!
