He helped me find the ring of my dreams and made sure everything about it was perfect and high quality. I’m completely in love with my ring, it’s even more beautiful than I imagined. On top of that, we got a great deal, which made the experience even more special. You can tell they truly care about their customers, and I’m so glad we trusted them.

I had an amazing experience with Treasures Capital Plaza custom jewelry store from start to finish. They kept me updated every step of the way and were always quick to respond. A special shoutout to Val, the store manager, who truly made the experience exceptional. Val was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything turned out perfectly. Her willingness to listen, offer thoughtful feedback, and go the extra mile really stood out. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality custom jewelry and outstanding customer service!

Incompetent manager “Val” and the jeweler! Val cannot take accountability. I paid in full and was told my product will be ready in 7ish days. I gave them 2 weeks. Will I guess that was not long enough…be ready to wait over 90 days to get it right. Excuses is what you will get. One day it will get right! I even gave a piece to show Exactly how I want it and they still can’t get it right! Val do better!

I paid alot of money to down size my cuban bracelet. These people replaced 2 of my diamonds with moissanite without my permission or knowledge. I asked for 4 links to be taken out and I only received 3 ½ links back? Im missing half a link which is 11 diamonds and gold!!!! The 2 moissanite stones are way bigger than the surrounding diamonds And poorly set so bad that One came off less than 20 minutes of wearing the bracelet!!! The links are burnt black and they didnt even try polish out the tarnish or even buff out the cuts and scratches. I will sue them for fraud and damages, unless I get a full refund and my diamonds back ASAP!!!!! This isnt cool. Look at the pictures! Contact me asap treasures. I will call tomorrow or Monday. We need to resolve this issue asap.

I am beyond upset. Received a call that my piece was ready, so I was super excited. I called them back and was told that they start closing down at 5:45 but close AT 6. I rushed there after work. Got there at 5:50 and the place was locked up. I was expecting to be able to walk in - being that my piece was paid for up front and it was not 6 pm yet. All the workers came out at 5:55. I walked up to the crew clearly upset and told them I have been there for almost ten mins. They did not care AT ALL, but was all excited when they were getting my money. I definitely still could have gotten my piece quickly especially being that, again, I ALREADY PAID FOR IT UP FRONT. That is NOT how you do business and keep a returning customer. At, 5:57 I drove off disappointed. I am not happy and after I get my piece in hand I will not be returning or recommending others.
