Booked them via ClassPass and was pleased with my dazzle dry manicure! They had tons of colors and it really did dry incredibly fast. Very good attention to detail and kind, gentle staff. I would come back and recommend them to others!

I had been a loyal customer of this salon for over a year and genuinely loved the work my nail technician did. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner completely changed my perception of this business. After one of my appointments, I received a message from the owner later that day about my tipping, despite the fact that I had already paid for my service AND left a tip. I responded respectfully, explaining that I had tipped and that I didn’t feel comfortable being contacted after the fact regarding gratuity…i never received a response back A few weeks later, I called to book another appointment. After they confirmed my name, I was told the salon was too busy to accommodate me from any availability I shared. Out of curiosity, I called back from a private number just minutes later and was immediately offered an appointment. I called again this time to book for a group with the same availability and they accommodated. When I called again from my actual number, I was once again told there was no availability. Whether intentional or not, that experience made me feel singled out for simply expressing my concerns respectfully. The difference in how I was treated based on whether my number was recognized left me with the clear impression that I was being refused service rather than the salon simply being fully booked. I hope the salon reflects on how it communicates with and treats any of their clients, whether long term customers or new customers. Great service extends beyond the quality of the nails. It also includes professionalism, honesty, and respect.

This is the best pedicure I've ever had. My feet were feeling tight and they massaged my feet with this glass roller and hit some pain points, at first I thought she was gonna rush through but ma'am took her time, my polish was perfect, I came in the day prior and my nails came out perfect! Highly recommended for good service, excellent work and professionalism. Make sure you call ahead of time before you come in as they get busy easily and it helps them prioritize their time to serve you better!

Honestly, I don’t know what went wrong. The worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever gotten. The manicure is uneven. It’s not smooth at all and has wavy lines throughout. It’s chipped within a couple days and it’s just terrible. The Pedicure isn’t much better. I don’t understand what the disconnect is here? This photo is less than a week old. I know my nails are short, but I’ve got my nails done and other places with no issues. I’ll never be coming back here. Very expensive for what you get. And, they’re very rude.

First of all the lady was so nice and sweet. However here we are talking about quality and is very very poor. the clean up on the nails and the execution is bad. I pay $80 with tips and I honestly think is not worth the money. This is the job a beginner would do. the shape, the art, the clean up everything is just not salable. With all respect the work needs more training to be able to sale it well and make the customer happy.
