My wife had her hair done here and came out absolutely glowing. The color came out beautifully, and the cut was perfect. Exactly what she wanted. She felt truly pampered, and it was so nice to see her feel so confident and happy. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Pili !
I wanted a long shaggy haircut, but huge amounts of my hair was cut off. Ive been crying since I've left the store, I feel so ugly now. My hair is so flat and uneven looking. I had beautiful volume and wavy hair down to my chest, and it was all cut off. I just wanted some layers to help blend and match with my bangs. I'm terrible with confrontation, and I've never left a review for a hair salon, but this is probably one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. For reference the photos are after my hair cut, and then what it looked like before. I had trimmed my own bangs, and she evened them out, but most of my hair got cut off. Which is not what I wanted. Edit: I had only cut my bangs, they are trying to make it out that I am the reason my hair looks this way. They have edited their response to me at least three times trying to justify what was done to my hair. It feels passive aggressive and it is hurtful. Because I'm the one who lost months if not years of growth. I showed references, I discussed I wanted just an inch cut off the ends. I am not going to be gaslighted.

I needed a salon at the last minute DAYS before my wedding, and I found this place via Google. I saw it had great reviews. The reviews don't lie! Initially, I was a little intimidated by the online paperwork you fill out prior to booking your appointment, but it is definitely worth it!! Jamie had reviewed my paperwork/my uploaded photos and was able to recommend a cut that flattered my thin hair. Not only that, but she completely transformed my hair to match my Astros themed wedding. My hair looked so fun!! I ended up going back 2 days later, the day of my wedding, for an up-do with Jamie as well, and it was stunning. I'd also like to add that literally EVERYONE in the salon was super sweet!! The customer service in the salon was the best I've encountered anywhere else. You can definitely tell they love what they do and have fun with it. I will recommend this place to everyone I know!
If you're looking for a new salon to get your hair done, look no further! Madison did an amazing job on my hair, I went from a blonde to redhead. I was extremely nervous but she talked me through the entire process the whole time. I couldn't ask for a better job. She is very knowledgeable and thorough with all things hair, even down to the hair products.
