True Religion

I placed an order online and drove almost an hour to the Grand Prairie location on Black Friday to return one of the pairs of jeans I bought. When I arrived, every employee told me they were not doing returns that day. I asked to speak with the manager, and he said he would allow an exchange only. However, after I found something to exchange for, the associate at the register told me I couldn’t do an exchange either. Another employee overheard and said the manager had already approved the exchange, but the associate stated he could only give me $43 for my jeans—even though my receipt clearly showed I paid $59. He claimed that online orders do not connect with the store’s system, which made no sense. I ended up leaving with my jeans, and despite everything, I still purchased something. But after this experience, I won’t be returning to or purchasing from True Religion—online or in-store—again.

Very disappointed in this location. I ordered some items online and needed to make an exchange as the size was too large. After emailing customer support twice I never received a label for my return but was instructed to take my items to any TR store including Outlets. I waked in the GP location and was immediately told that since I purchased online I could not exchange or return my items. I never made it to the register, before I was stopped and excused. The following day, I contacted the TR Allen TX location, drove 1 hour and was greeted properly and completed my exchange. The customer service at GP is not quality.

Great experience! The sales associate was very helpful in picking out an outfit for my daughter. They were patient, respectful, and made the shopping experience easy. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had an amazing experience at True Religion! The store has top-notch quality jeans but what really made my visit special was the customer service. The staff were super friendly, patient, and really went the extra mile to help me find the perfect fit. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I walked out with clothes I love and a big smile on my face. Highly recommend shopping here — they’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!
