Trung Nguyen E-Coffee

My husband and I were spending the day in Carrollton for a little date. After lunch, we decided to grab a coffee, so we searched around and found this Vietnamese coffee shop. We had never tried Vietnamese coffee before, so we thought it would be fun to give it a try. The shop was very clean, modern, and nicely designed. It was quite busy since we visited on the weekend, and unfortunately there weren't any seats available inside. Luckily, the weather was beautiful, and there were picnic tables outside, so we got our drinks to go and enjoyed them there. We're usually Americano drinkers, so we didn't know much about Vietnamese coffee. Looking back, we probably should have ordered one of their more popular drinks! We chose a black coffee without sugar or cream, and it was much stronger than we expected. My husband, who loves bold, strong coffee, really enjoyed it. It was a fun experience, and we'd definitely like to come back to try some of their signature drinks next time.

I have been multiple times now and every single time has been an amazing experience. The employees are so nice and the coffee is pretty strong but SO GOOD. The matchas are delicious, and the blueberry butterfly tea was a pleasant surprise. I love that they weigh everything so its always consistent in flavor. You can also choose your sugar level and they offer oatmilk in case you're lactose intolerant or you just don't drink whole milk. All in all 10/10 would recommend lol

Great, strong, delicious Viet coffee!! I had the egg coffee and it tasted just like home!! Looking forward to trying their other coffee flavors like pandan, not too sure about durian though but that’s a fun flavor to have. Parking may be tricky in this area as it it often crowded and there is seating inside the cafe, just be aware as it may be very busy.

I ordered two drinks with no ice. I understand that choosing no ice does not cost extra, so I was not expecting the cup to be completely topped off for free. But the way the drinks came out still felt disappointing. The flavor itself was actually decent, strong enough and generally enjoyable. The problem was that, because I chose no ice, both drinks arrived as only about half a cup. Even though the shop notes that drinks may be smaller without ice, seeing a large cup filled only halfway gives a very poor impression. It almost looked like someone had already taken a few sips before handing it to me. I have never seen this handled this way at other coffee shops. I would honestly rather pay extra for a full cup than receive something that visually feels so cheap. For me, the issue was less about the coffee itself and more about the sense of value and care in the way it was served.

Great coffee and cafe place! They have such a nice and interesting variety of flavors and drinks. Every time we go there's always a brand new flavor that sounds intriguing and always ends up delicious. The banana latte and corn latte are both great choices with the matcha options also being good!
