Food, service, and price are all a perfect 10 out of 10 at Hue. Every dish comes out fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The dipping sauce deserves a special mention—the spicy level is no joke, and it definitely brings the heat, but the flavor is so rich and balanced that it’s absolutely worth it. The staff are friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the overall atmosphere makes the dining experience even better. For the quality you get, the prices are incredibly reasonable. Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious, authentic flavors with great service to match.

Small cozy place in Eden Center. Like their decors, giving a vibe of traditonal, quaint Vietnam small restaurants instead of the current trend of modern/contemporary. There is a small sitting area outside in the hallway ala street vendor style. Menu is short, specializing in Mid and Southern Vietnam. We tried Bún Bò Huế (spicy beef noodle) and Bún Chả Ốc (Noodle soup with conches/snail bologna). Both came in average portion, but the tastes definitely big! I was genuinely surprised, thought the place was more hype than substance. Napkin literally one per order! Have to ask for more. Decent amount of accompany veggies. Their Nem Nướng was decent, the flavor was hold back by the bland fish sauce. After the meal the restaurant gave us Chè bột bán for desert (basically a tasty creamy "soup" of tapioca, coconut cream, jellies). We also ordered Fried Bananas as an after thought. They were good (and still tasty a few days later). Will be back to try other dishes.

Came here recently Sunday for lunch—the restaurant is small and there was a line of people waiting for a table. They had some low-to-the-ground tables in the hallway, which does not look comfortable—plus the hallway had cold air blowing in every time someone opened the doors. We opted to sit inside—there were 7 of us so we had to split and sit at two small cramped tables. Service here is slow! Also, had to ask our server multiple times for more sauce, napkins, and he even forgot a dish. Food was underwhelming. Bánh Bèo Chén (steam rice dumpling with shrimp) was too thick and did not have enough shrimp topping—served with a TINY portion of fish sauce, we had to ask for more. Bánh Bột Lộc (tapioca dumpling) was a bit too chewy. Bún Bò Huế Chả (Hue-style noodle soup) and Bánh Khoái Nước Lèo (mini pancakes with shrimp & meat) were both decently tasty dishes with good portions. Dipping sauce for Bánh Khoái was a peanut type sauce that did NOT taste good—we asked for fish sauce instead. Hến Xúc Bánh Tráng (baby clams with rice paper) was very bland, lacked flavored. Wanted to try the Bánh Nậm but they had already ran out. At the end of the meal, they do give complimentary chè (Vietnamese dessert) to everyone—ours was a sticky rice red bean dessert. Overall, we felt cramped sitting in this restaurant and were disappointed in the food—there’s plenty of better restaurants in Eden, in my opinion.

Huế cuisine-focused restaurant with an impressive decor of the old Huế. Because of that so the foods just around the central Vietnam’s cuisine, there is no phở or cơm tấm …

I’m all about trying new restaurants and supporting local businesses especially the Asian community. Don’t even bother coming on a weekend let alone a holiday weekend. We went on Memorial Day lunch and they were out of almost all the dishes. There were 7 people and they kept only bringing enough plates, tea cups, etc for 6 pretty much neglecting our toddler who was sitting at the table in a chair. The dishes were room temperature at best. We kept asking if there were any available soup noodle dishes and they kept saying no out but then other tables had soup noodle dishes. They were really trying to peddle the snail noodles, but we weren’t that adventurous. We weren’t able to communicate effectively what we were looking for, relying on pictures in the menu to ask what it was and if it was available, but the waitress thought we wanted that dish. Overall, there’s so many better restaurants in Eden center that I’d recommend to try out. Live and learn, go to the reputable ones and if they’re out of their main dishes, politely leave. I didn’t pay the bill but reading other reviews and experiencing their service, I could totally see issues with hidden fees and repeat charges.
