I had such an amazing experience at this nail shop! Bia greeted me the moment I walked in. the atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. incredibly friendly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. My nail tech, Mandy, paid so much attention to detail and really took their time to make sure everything looked perfect. The shape, color, and overall finish came out even better than I imagined. You can tell they truly care about their work and their clients. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service, and everything felt hygienic and professional. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails already! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know. If you’re looking for top-notch service and beautiful results, this is my spot!

The salon itself is spotless, the atmosphere is calm, and the service feels thoughtful rather than rushed. This is definitely one of those places where you leave feeling pampered and confident. I visited Tulipo for the first time on January 3rd for a full set of Gel X nails. My nail tech did an excellent job with shaping and polish, and everyone in the salon was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, just two days later on January 5th, I noticed several nails feeling loose. By January 6th, two nails had fallen off completely. I temporarily glued them back on myself since I couldn’t return to the salon that week due to my packed schedule. On Saturday, January 10th, I called to explain the situation and ask about getting them fixed. While the salon said I could come in, I wasn’t able to make it work with my already full day. By that point, I only had three nails remaining, two on my right hand and one on my left. I finally made it to the salon Monday evening. I understand they have a one-week policy for fixes, which I wasn’t aware of at the time. However, given that nearly all my nails had fallen off within just a few days of my appointment, I expected the issue would be addressed without hassle. Instead, the salon offered me a full set of acrylic nails for $50, half of the $100 I originally paid for the Gel X set. I was also taken aback that they offered me acrylic when I’d originally gotten Gel X. while similar, these are different services. I declined and opted to have them remove the remaining nails and residue rather than pay for a new set. I felt that charging me anything in this situation showed a lack of integrity. While the staff remained kind throughout, they weren’t as accommodating as I’d hoped. This experience was disappointing because I was looking forward to returning for lashes, brows and pedicure services, but likely won’t continue supporting after this.​​​​​​​​​​ My experience doesn’t mean I wouldn’t recommend others try Tulipo for themselves. My review is to allow others to make an informed decision when choosing beauty services. Your experience may differ from mine, and what didn’t work for me might work perfectly for you.

Absolutely loved this nail salon!! Staff is so friendly and helpful with colors, i requested “milky white” and the color is beautiful. They take their time and the application is very nice. Definitely recommend!
