I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I originally came in for a pedicure and had my fingernails polished the same color as my toes. The very next day, the polish came off my pinky toe. I called the salon and explained the issue. Since I live about 30 minutes away, I told them I would not be able to come in that day but would return on Sunday to have it fixed. On Sunday, they repolished my toe without any issue. However, after getting home and simply washing my hands and doing normal cleaning around the house, I noticed the polish on my fingernails beginning to lift and peel. During my original appointment, I had already expressed concern that too many layers of polish were being applied. I even pointed out that the nails looked thick and had visible bubbles. I was assured everything was fine and that the polish would not lift. Unfortunately, it did exactly what I was worried about. Today, I returned to the salon for the second time to have the problem corrected. I explained that the polish needed to be removed and redone because it was lifting. Instead of being met with understanding or good customer service, I was greeted by an employee at station #3 who had a noticeable attitude. I found this especially frustrating considering I was already making my third trip related to work that should have been done correctly the first time. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What I do not understand is poor customer service when a customer is simply asking for a correction to a problem caused by the salon. Driving 30 minutes multiple times because of polish issues is inconvenient enough without also feeling unwelcome when seeking a resolution. And spent $73 and left a tip! I rarely leave negative reviews, but between the quality of the work, having to make multiple trips to correct the same service, and the attitude I received while trying to have it fixed, this was not a good experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

This is the first time in my entire life that I have settled into the same place each time I want my nails worked on - and that speaks volumes. Consistency in service is 10/10. Just adding in a few examples but I have never had any issues and every service has been wonderful. My nails are always beautiful, long lasting, and exactly what I want from the start! No matter what I try, the results are perfect - dip powder, builder gel, acrylic, and my favorite Gel-x. Versatility and skill are high! Members of the staff are so sweet and make you feel comfortable and the background music is great as well. Highly rated for people and atmosphere too! I could not recommend this place more! And to include it, I also get a lash lift and I am addicted! Give it a try. ✨

Super friendly and attentive! Great atmosphere! I asked if they had any ice for my pregnancy cravings and they quickly got me a full cup of ice which of course made me ecstatic!

Spent an hour and 40 minutes getting my nails and toes done. Very rough and left my nails sore and bleeding. I showed my nail tech a photo of what I wanted, and the result wasn’t even close. I’m sure it was a misunderstanding but instead of offering to let me come back and get it fixed, I paid not only for the nails but also an upcharge to come back and get the new design. I completely understand wanting to go home and close shop but sloppy work isn’t the way to do it.

This is my new spot!! Everyone was so nice and the services are done at a great price!! I’ve come here twice now, once for acrylic tips, and once for a removal and gel manicure. Both were great!
