I had an amazing experience today. Every single lady in there was attentive very nice very friendly very welcoming. They all showed great patience and understanding with my DoorDash order and what I needed and overall it was just a wonderful experience. This is the best Ulta that I’ve ever been to and I’m gonna make sure I keep coming back. These ladies were wonderful today.

I had such a wonderful experience at Ulta Beauty! About two weeks ago, Kaitlyn did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. What I appreciated most was that she really listened to what I wanted instead of trying to create a look she preferred. She was flexible, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel beautiful on such an important day. Kaitlyn's customer service was outstanding, and her talent truly shows. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend booking with her if you're looking for someone who listens and delivers exactly what you're hoping for. Thank you for helping make my wedding day so special!

I visited the Ulta on Richmond, and I had such a great experience thanks to Alejandra. She went above and beyond to help me first checking if an item was in stock, and when I realized I had asked for the wrong one, she didn’t hesitate to go back and look for the correct product. She even offered to place everything on hold for me before I arrived. When I got to the store, I realized I needed another item, and she was right there ready to help again. Her customer service was amazing she was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful the entire time. It made my whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely appreciate her effort!

Dana was so so sweet and was very helpful. She took the time to help me look for a product that ended up being right in front of us the whole time lol. She said she had only been at this store for a couple days but I honestly couldn’t tell. She ensured I had a great experience and I’ll definitely be back to this location. Thank you Dana!!!

Lol. This store makes me giggle every time I go in. They always follow me around the store. I don’t think they realize I’m aware. Always aware. This confirms my last experience where they kept trying to force a bag on me, telling me it’s store policy to have one, yet I go in today and no one forced me to have a bag. Didn’t even offer me one. Just sharply asked me what I needed help with and left me by myself in the aisle once she lead me to the item. I had questions but of course she walked off. The power plays are funny. I personally don’t know how many times I have to visit this local location before someone realizes ima repeat customer who has never stolen anything from this store much less any store or any person. I buy the exact same items each time. Pretty neurodivergent. Occasionally I’ll glitch the matrix and pick up a new item to try. Last visit I was told people always steal the perfumes when I asked why they kept trying to force me to take a bag. I asked if I looked like someone that had stolen recently. The cashier nervously laughed and said no, but that they had recently just gotten hit. I knew she lied but I shrugged it off and just told her I understood. I’ve been going to this location for 3+ years. It’s always the same with me. They linger and lurk and follow me around the store. Act very distant towards me, cold. It’s rare I do have a pleasant and actually helpful interaction here that when I do, I actually consider giving the store another shot. Today was again one of those days. I didn’t catch the name of the lady that helped me at the register but our conversation was very nice and pleasant and she herself was absolute gem. Makes me wonder if we made each other feel human in our interaction. A break away from her corporate persona and me just receiving warmth inside a cold store. I’m not too bothered by any of it, again just observant, aware and humored. I am sure my appearance plays a part. When I was young I worked at the galleria and I know very well that’s a thing. People judge you based off your appearance and determine whether or not they want to assist you. I’ve been on both ends of that. So I get it. I work on an oil rig on ice and water. I’m away from home for days at a time. Typically when I come into this store, I’m just getting off a 10+ hour flight back to Texas or a very long drive home from the airport. I honestly do not have the energy to get pretty for quick errands. But it’s cool. The money I make can literally own your life.
