I LOVE Kasey so much ❤️ I never walk out of an appointment with her without feeling absolutely amazing. I feel confident that I will always love any new thing we try and she pays attention to every detail. There’s no way I will ever change my stylist! Hands down the best in the business. ❤️❤️ She is a true queen!

Whatever you do, please DO NOT GO to a guy named DENIS !! If you want to keep your hair from breaking completely off and you don’t want to loose your hair, do not see him.. he’s also rude from the very start , has an attitude. He keeps his chair filthy. Rolls his eyes at you. The salon looks clean from outside, but when you go to the bathroom, the bathroom is also filthy, which usually speaks a lot about the place. Not the service I expected when going there and I didn’t expect for my hair to be breaking off after getting it done with Denis !! If your hair is important to you, please stay away from him!!

Having short hair, I know firsthand that not everyone can cut it well, and unfortunately, my first two experiences in Tampa were disappointing. After spending hours researching, I came across Kasey’s profile, and something about her description encouraged me to give her a try. I’m so glad I did! She truly understands short hair. She listens carefully to my preferences, takes her time, and cuts my hair with precision and care. She also checks in with me throughout the process to ensure I’m happy with the direction of the cut, which I really appreciate. Beyond the haircut itself, her hair washes are the best I’ve ever had—unhurried, soothing, and so relaxing that I could easily fall asleep! If you’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and professional stylist—especially for short hair—I highly recommend Kasey. She’s been a fantastic find!

I had an amazing experience with Stephen. He is truly a master of hair and a true find. I finally found my person. I absolutely love my hair and the entire visit was fantastic. A true gem right in downtown Tampa.

I have been following Kasey around for almost a decade and I'm so glad she's made Undici 11 her new(ish) home. The salon is beautiful and conveniently located in Channelside, and Kasey is, as always, a superb and professional stylist. She's been game for all my hair changes - long to short and back again, nearly black to bleached to *gasp* natural! I won't trust my hair in Tampa to anyone else.
