Uniglobe Five Star Travel

Re: Helen Mennell My wife and I have not yet taken our Cruise in May, but we are already impressed with Helen's Professionalism. Helen has already given us great advice and done a lot of research. She immediately answers our numerous email questions. We are looking forward to a long lasting relationship with Helen and Uniglobe Five Star Travel. Many Thanks.

Our experience with LOYAL from Uniglobe Five Star Travel was once again fantastic! Loyal has been taking care of me and my family for over 11 years now! He is as professional as they come. We have always had 100% transparency while organizing our vacations. Loyal has always done the "little things" that make our vacations so special. I recommend Loyal for the easiest and best experience anyone can have while booking a memorable vacation. Thank you for all that you have done.

Excellent Experience! We've worked with Loyal Charles out of Atlanta and he has never let us down. This year he helped us plan a sister trip of a lifetime on the French Riveria! Loyal was always available and so helpful with his suggestions. Not to mention, he was so patient dealing with 2 women planning a trip! :) He never complained when we made 2 last minute changes. We're very happy with the personal service that this organization gives and Loyal Charles is top notch! Thank you Uniglobe and Loyal Charles!

Wedding & travel plans have been going wonderfully with Carl. We've been working with him over the last year since Spring 2015. I have not had any disappointments. He answers and returns calls in a prompt manner including all emails. My …

I have had nothing but outstanding service from Loyal Charles. He has been my agent for over 15 years. He has booked over 20 cruises and 15 land vacations for me. The arrangements are always perfect. I never worry about any pre-arrangements he has booked. It brings great peace of mind knowing that when I check onto a cruise ship or a hotel; I know my reservation and dining choices are there. Every request I make is handled with great professionalism. No request is too small for Mr. Charles to take care of for me. One cruise I was on I had a problem. I sent him an email with my concern. Within an hour; a representative from the ship contacted me and took care of my concern. Now that is service!! Kudos to an outstanding agency and especially to an amazing travel agent.
