United Car Experts

Absolutely AMAZING service provided!! My car was in really bad shape after a recent wreck, and I was recommended to seek United Car Experts services and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The process took a little over a month to complete, however I can tell they want the best quality result for their customers. Great customer service and very understanding people.

I recently took my car into United Car Expert Collison to their new location for some more body work off of 290 & BarkerCypress, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional and transparent about the timeline. The finish on the body work is absolutely flawless—it looks brand new again. It’s rare to find a shop that combines this level of precision with such great customer service. If you go, definitely ask for Denise. They really go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled correctly. If you're looking for a reliable, top-tier body shop, this is the place. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about United Car Experts. They run a great business, and the work they did on my Audi Q7's door was absolutely flawless. The fit and finish are perfect, and the team made the whole process completely stress-free. Thank you. Iam a customer for life.

Wonderful experience! Let’s face it, having to have your vehicle repaired isn’t fun, BUT United Car Experts made it as painless and hassle free as possible from Denise checking out my car, going underneath it to provide me with the best quote possible to Juanita organizing my rental from Enterprise - this business is top notch. When our friend (Patrick) recommended it, I went without hesitation and the outcome is superb, quality work, with a lifetime guarantee. They just changed locations which gives them plenty of room to grow. Thanks so much to Denise, Juanita, and the staff who brought my one and a half year old car back to looking like new again!! Highly recommend.

The customer service experience and the professionalism at united car experts LLC is fantastic! They make you feel like family. After my son was involved in an accident his car was severely damaged, talked to Denise and Juanita at UCE and they made us feel at peace, taking care of everything for us! They did a great job and the car looked like new after the repairs!! Highly recommended!!
