After more than a decade of wearing only my natural hair, I decided to buy a wig for an upcoming event. Their selection is what you'd expect from a great beauty supply store; endless options at fair prices. But the real reason I chose to shop here was one of their employees. From the moment I walked in, a young Black woman greeted me with genuine kindness and exceptional customer service. I wish I'd have gotten her name. After she kindly explained my options while walking with me through the wig section, I selected and purchased my wig. Clueless about how to actually wear it, she kindly trimmed the lace for me and explained how to apply it to my head. Lord knows I wouldn't have known how to do that myself! Excellent customer service is hard to forget. As long as she's here, I'll be a loyal customer too. 😊

firstly I would like to say This Uptown beauty is very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. the music they play , 10/10 Makes you feel right at home . the manger here cares about his customers and offer’s many deals ,sales & free gifts ! so Far THE BEST QUALITY WIGS IVE SEEN IN STORE! The picture I uploaded is a picture of the wig I purchased from here! The lace melt ate for a low price . they have what I need here & more which keeps me coming back just to see what they’ll have the next time 😍! lol. Especially because they have popular TikTok shop perfumes and etc! this is my favorite store out here in this area. they don’t miss nor disappoint There is also a list for us customers to add recommendations to what we want to see in store . This store has made a big turn around in the last year ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love this beauty supply store! They have EVERYTHING! The customer service is top tier and even the owner is helping on the floor. Lots of wig choices and colors with great pricing and the hair options for braiding hair, crochet hair, and several other things were all in great stock. I had no issues finding what I wanted. Because of the amount I purchased, I was even given a free detangling hairbrush! This place is right by my house so I will definitely be back no questions asked. Thank you to the owner/manager for helping with my purchases.

Found this beauty supply on Google. The prices are very friendly and they have a huge selection of hair and products I haven’t seen anywhere else in town. This is definitely my new place to shop for all my hair and beauty needs. Be sure to ask for Tim. His customer service is superb!!!

The owner of this store is a friend from my junior high school days. He has worked very hard to reach his current position. He's one of the coolest people I know. His store offers high-quality products, and he always gives the best advice on everything a customer is looking for. I’ll definitely recommend his store to everyone looking to buy beauty products.
