Every time me my mom and grandma visit here the customer service is always wonderful. They are so helpful and patient. I’ve never felt watched just because of the color of my skin. They make me feel comfortable and I enjoy shopping here. Their prices are great plus they give u rewards for shopping. I love it

My absolute favorite hair store in the Dallas Fort Worth area..I drive 45/50 miles every week for this store! Hey June! So sweet and funny! Young ladies Dad and Owner..stay cool please! They don't follow "Us" around..the Prices are competitive and low and the staff is friendly and trustworthy..they all know their products and will order to have them..they have All the latest products..well organized.. Extremely clean and not Overloaded..I Love their reward program, where they pay customers back for shopping there..ask for samples at the end! I'm not going anywhere else.. This hairstore is Amazingly the BEST🤗

I have been going to this place since I moved to Texas. Never had an issue until now. I purchased that wig, before I did, I asked the lady if I could return it in case something was wrong, she said yes. I tried the one on the mannequin, it was good. Then they gave one with the same name, same style as the one I purchased. Got home, took it out of the bags. It was completely different and defected. I was going to work that day, was unable to bring it back right away. First, The manager accused my of lying, said that I brought it back after 4 days, it didn’t know If I did not use it. Secondly, it told me that it would give me 10% on the one they have out, that everybody is trying, which was very disrespectful to me as a client. He told me that I was wasting his time because he had to assist me. I showed him what was wrong with wig, he ignored the what I said. I called two other clients and asked them what they saw, both said the same thing. It is unacceptable for me to buy a product from a place that is defected. If your product is not good, you’re either give me what I paid for or return my money which they refuse to do. I’m not giving up on this case cause someone has to take care of this.

Today is Saturday, November 29th at 3:04PM. There are two young ladies who only speak to Caucasian customers. I noticed this for myself. There is always an issue at this beauty supply. My people, go where are dollars are celebrated not tolerated. Also, they are not employing any black women. This is another issue. Stop supporting this location.

This was my 3rd visit and I will say this business and customer service is racially profiling at its best. As a fellow business owner, I understand that sometimes maybe be busier than others so you may not have time to greet every customer, but to follow me down each aisle and pretend that you are cleaning or looking for something it’s crazy. Not one time was I asked if I needed any help and again I can let that pass as well. But then you hold my bag behind the counter as ifI’m going to run away with it. And it’s pretty sad, given the demographics and the people that you cater to, you would think they would be a little bit more pleasant. But they will no longer receive my money.
