I haven’t had a pedicure or manicure in a while. As a single mom who’s always working and taking care of my babies, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. But yesterday, I had a fantastic experience at the salon. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease. Tina did an amazing job on my nails, and Minia did an excellent job on my toes. I absolutely love them! Thank you so much, guys. I highly recommend everyone there. They were all so friendly and welcoming.❤️❤️❤️

(Updated 7/18) After one week the unicorn dust I paid extra for was peeled back on every nail… one nail fell off completely (it didn’t break it just popped off and I glued the whole thing back on) and the gel is peeling in layers on multiple and looks horrible… adding new pics to show. I wish I could get my money back…. Very disappointed. I haven’t been in years and decided to give it a try for the bogo deal they do during the week. I needed double service Gel Pedicure AND acrylic fill with gel. I told them I needed to be as quick as possible- I believe I was out the door in around an hour and a half. Two ladies helped me and they were awesome. I decided to come back- had the worse experience with a guy that seemed very inexperienced. He wasn’t unkind but he took his time and was on his phone a lot or talking with others. There seemed to be some tension between employees that day also. I believe my fill took at least an hour and a half.. AND I had to ask the dude to use a base coat for my gel- he almost didn’t. Fast forward to yesterday. I decided to go back hoping for someone different- got the same guy. Was told it would take an hour… it took almost 2 (for only a fill plus gel). Pictures attached of what they look like…. He tried really hard but he’s just not good at this……. I will not be back.

I came with a friend to get my nails done. I had a previous set with dip and shape that needed to be taken off. The manager was speaking with a client that had a problem and came over to soak off my nails. Not long after I had someone come and take me to get them done. I mentioned I wanted pink and after the person showed me layover color i agreed because I thought it was a base color. It was not even dip powder. Then he said what shape and I said as long as they look the same do what you think looks best. Then proceeded to file all of my nails down without asking if I wanted to keep the length. Then he went in with the drill and cut my cuticle and then it started bleeding. Now that I have nude numbs that are not even the same shape I asked him to file them all to be round. Not to mention that they were $50 for nude nails. No tips, no design, no color. $50! My previous set was less with color, tip, and shape. This is ridiculous! Was never offered anything to drink or anything. Also my friend and I came with an appointment and she proceeded to wait over 30 minutes to have someone give her a pedicure.

Sofie absolutely ate! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She was so sweet, professional, and made sure I was happy every step of the appointment. The shape is flawless, the design is even prettier than I imagined, and the attention to detail is everything. I’ll definitely be booking with her again. If you’re thinking about it, don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed!
