This place used to be good, but my experience here on August 1st was terrible. The owner was constantly interrupting and questioning the person threading my brows, which was extremely distracting. Because of this lack of focus, I ended up with scratches on my brows. My companion had an equally poor experience with the owner herself, who was constantly distracted and kept trying to upsell services. What should have been a quick 5-minute service took significantly longer, leaving my companion stuck leaning back and holding her face in an uncomfortable position for far too long. To top it off, neither of us was offered aloe at the end, and my companion wasn't even shown a mirror to check the final result. The quality and professionalism have really gone downhill—we won't be returning.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I purchased a Groupon for eyelash extensions months ago from this business. When I mentioned that I would be using the Groupon, I was told by Monika owner that it would not be accepted. She will not accept my Groupon. I was in shock as Ive gotten this before and no where on it said its only for new customers. She said it is and she only makes 15 so doesnt make much. I was stating id pay the difference and again she stated she will not accept it. And kept talking to other customers. What bothered me most was not simply the issue with the Groupon, but the way I was spoken to and ignored while she kept moving foward with other customers while I was still not finished speaking to her. I felt talked down to and was treated very disrespectfully. If there was an issue with accepting the voucher, I would have appreciated being told that professionally and respectfully. The tone actions were not professional. My Groupon was still valid, and the listing states that if someone is ineligible, a refund would be provided. She said she doesnt know anything about it and deal with groupon. I ultimately did not feel comfortable doing business somewhere I was treated this way. I hope the owner Monika takes this feedback seriously because customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Ive been a customer for over 2 decades and this is not how you treat customers. I should have known better not to come back since years ago whenI spent 100s they had uncertifed teens working on treatments and damaged my face and sold 300 dollars worth of cream which I had to throw away and never got a refund for. If anything accepting my Groupon wouldnt have been a loss to them. Ive lost more with this business!

I love how my lashes turned out! They look so cute and natural, the process was super chill and the lash tech made me feel really comfortable the whole time. They don’t feel heavy at all and have been lasting really well. I’m definitely going back again 10/10 recommend if you’re thinking about getting your lashes done.
