I was so disappointed during my visit today. My daughter just wanted to try a few wigs for prom and for pictures it took about 30 minutes for them to even respond to us. When I asked that I wanted to try our wigs. They told me they were short staffed and unfortunately, they can do very little to help me. eventually the guy allowed us to try on wigs And informed me there was a limited number of wigs I can try on. On top of that he was not helpful. He told me this is not his area of expertise and so I was left trying to trying on wigs on for my daughter. Meanwhile, he did say we had to purchase a wig cap, of course for safety reasons however, I saw other women of his own nationality, trying wigs on with their bare head And he did not mention it to them. I just had a really bad experience today with them and it’s unfortunate because I’ve been to this place before and they were so so OK.

Susie was so helpful and sweet! She was knowledgeable about their products and helped me find a great half wig. They gave an excellent selection of all different wig types. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to go if you want to be racially profiled. Unless you are Asian or Hispanic, they will follow you around and assume you are stealing. I went there with my boyfriend, and when we walked in, the metal detector went off. I was carrying a small Coach crossbody bag that, for some reason, always seems to set off metal detectors. We immediately stopped, and one of the Asian women working there gave us the go-ahead to continue into the store. I ended up purchasing a $200 wig. When we left, the metal detector went off again. One of the Hispanic workers ran in front of us to block the door, even though we had already stopped and were about to turn around and go back inside. He then snatched the hair bag out of my hand without any explanation and rushed to the register. The women at the register looked confused because I had just been up there paying, with my purse open and everything. My bag was not even big enough to fit anything inside, and they had already seen that. Another Hispanic worker then started speaking in Spanish while looking directly at me and gesturing toward me, clearly talking about me, before telling another worker, “Check her purse.” Meanwhile, the first worker continued going through the wig box, even though the receipt was inside the bag. He seemed determined to prove that I had stolen something. At that point, the Asian woman ran over and told him to stop immediately because the detector had also gone off when we first walked in. She also made it clear that she had been following us around the entire time we were in the store. We weren’t offered an apology, or anything, just sent away like animals. I highly advise giving this business any of your money.

They had everything I needed and the cashiers were super nice. Will definitely be back.
