I went to just get acrylic nails with black french tip and hearts on the middle 3 fingers. The nails themselves were different shapes. I told her almond and she did my pinkies almond shape the rest was round or something else. They were not uniform at all. I was there 2 and a half hours and I had to rush them at the end. The 'hearts' weren't even hearts I had to tell her how to draw a heart. The worst of it is the amount of glue and gel that was under my nail and around the edges. Also the nail polish itself was peeling that night. WORST set of nails I've ever had in my life. Will never go back here again

Please note.... I'm leaving this review after receiving service here 2 weeks ago. The five star reviews on here have no actual review and are from owners/employees of the store which is a conflict of interest according to Google. Moving on. I was in desperate need of a pedicure and thought to myself that this place, much like any mall nail place would be suffice... Yet, I couldn't have been any more wrong. It wasn't until after my pedicure was "complete" that I noticed I had my toenails clipped by a clipper the entire shop was using. This is a health violation and I have reported it to the county. Secondly, the "student" - I'm using that term very loosely as this place was dirty and not actually a school, didn't say a single word to me. Didn't ask which pedicure I wanted, but I had told the front desk I wanted the basic pedicure for $20. When I was done, they attempted to charge me $40 and I threw a fit. I gave them $20, refusing to tip, telling them to call the police and I'd gladly wait. Getting back to this place being an "academy," it's nothing but a mismanaged nail salon where there were no certificates saying the individuals working there were licensed. This is another health code violation which has been reported to the county. The biggest issue I have with this place is that allowed an amateur to work on my feet and since then my toenail has started to bubble toward the part where she cut me and I began bleeding. Going to the podiatrist on Tuesday to have it looked at but I'm very unhappy and will be sending this second rate place the medical bills. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost, that is, if the county health inspector doesn't shut them down first.

I went to this salon for arms waxing and I came out crying. The lady who refused to share her name is very very rude and passing bad comments about my hair. They don’t know how to behave with their customers. She refused to finish the waxing and charged me 40$ ( initially she said it was 30$). This place is not at all Clean.
