They offer a vegan pho and spring rolls I ordered both the spring rolls were very tasty and fresh! They made my order with steamed tofu just like I asked for. However the vegan pho was not flavorful. I added all my fresh veggies, and basil as well as hoisin sauce but in the end it remained very blah.

The phở was very good when I visited and so were the appetizers. Warm and flavorful. The food is a tiny bit pricey but the restaurant is also owned by a Vietnamese family, I don't mind supporting local. The portions can be a little small but enough. I think the owner wasn't good with English so that made me assume the food was gonna be good (and it was) This place and PhoWok are mainly the good Viet restaurants around the Lakeway/Bee Cave area in my opinion.

I stepped in as there was a big "grand opening " banner, which attracted my attention. I ordered the house minced pork spring roll and the rare beef and brisket pho. The rolls were delicious and crunchy. The pho noodles were perfectly cooked, like al dente, and the broth was testy and light. I was expecting a larger plate of herbs, but I got a few basil sprigs, some sprouts, and a couple slices of hot pepper, and one little slice of lemon. No fish sauce option at the table. I didn't see any brisket, but I was happy with the meat. I suggest revisiting this to get to 5-star level.

Two visits, first time the food was decent service was very minimal I'll take that as a fluke maybe caught them on a bad day. Second visit June 28th, service was even worse than before. You have three high school kids sitting around at the front counter while you're water glass has been empty for 15 minutes so coming over to ask if I needed a check or to go box and literally had to ask him for more water that was at the edge of the table. Too many restaurants around here especially 3 Doors Down to put up with this. The food, I had the one bowl away last time it was decent but not stellar and then this time I had this shaken beef which was okay came with a nice side palette of egg drop soup which was okay. Y'all need some adult managers on this site if you want to see Improvement on the place. Place was pretty clean but when it's not busy of course nothing will get messed up or dirty. I meant is decent inside a little dark to read the venues but one can get by. Parking is ample it shares a strip joint.

We ordered two meat pho to go. The soup was very good; however, the sliced meat had a lot of fat. Therefore my kid refuse to eat the meat. Shop is very nice.
