Every time I come in here, I'm amazed at how well the treatment is. I have had my share of experiences at nail salons, but I can say I have Finally found MY PLACE. From calling the facility, you're always greeted by someone on the phone whom you can tell is smiling. The moment I walk in. I'm always greeted by several people and ask how I'm doing. My texts are always so gentle and make sure that I'm pleased with my end result. The owners as well are always so attentive and make sure everyone is having a good experience. I just do not have enough good to say about this facility. If you're looking for an amazing experience at a nail salon, this is your spot. I know it may be out of the way for some people, but let's be honest if you're anything like me there are times I've traveled an hour just to go eat. Lol so to know you're going to get an amazing experience is definitely worth the drive. If you know me, you know I only like nice things and great experiences, so trust me this is THE PLACE!

I had a great time and really relaxed while getting a pedicure and gel x on my nails today (Monday). Kathy did my nails and she was very nice and Vi did my pedicure and she was great too! Whatever massager they have for your legs felt so good and was much needed. She even said I can stay in the seat for a little longer after it was done which was so thoughtful and nice. The temperature inside was also perfect with the humid hot Houston weather outside and they had a nice mix of music playing too. I’ll be back on my next visit! Thank you

V Spa Nails took care of me when my original nail tech paused taking clients due to having her baby. I’m extremely happy with the services I received, and I feel like my nails are very, very beautiful. Even though I am very loyal to my original nail tech, I am extremely happy with V Spa And will definitely recommend them to my friends or come to them whenever my original nail tech is not available. Thank you!

I will be back for my nails, which I got a Gel-X manicure with a French tip, but unfortunately, I will not be back for a pedicure. This was my first time here, and I really tried to be patient and give a lot of grace. I did not complain or say anything during my appointment, but my French tip pedicure took over two hours. I started a little before 3:00 PM and didn’t leave until 5:20 PM. The service description said the pedicure would take around 45 minutes, so I figured with a French tip, maybe an hour at most. Had I known it would take over two hours, I honestly would have just asked for a solid color because I had plans that evening and ended up having to rush home. The nail tech also got up about three times during my appointment to plug in her phone, and she wiped off and redid the French tips multiple times because she wasn’t satisfied with how they looked. I completely understand wanting to make sure the work looks good, and I appreciated that she cared about the result, but unfortunately, after all that time, I still wasn’t happy with the end result. I also want to mention that out of the two hours spent working on my feet, the massage was only about 7 minutes and it was actually timed. I personally didn’t care much for the massage either because of how long it took to paint my nails. At that point, I was honestly just ready to leave, so I chose not to complain and stayed quiet. I did pay for the service and left, but I feel it’s fair to share my experience. I will be back for my nails, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning for a pedicure. I hope this feedback is helpful because I really did try to be patient and understanding throughout the entire appointment. (Hate that I have to post my feet, but here is my end result after two hours. One now crooked nail & nail polish that wasn’t cleaned correctly)
