Nothing short of 10/10. I’ll cut it short by saying that Adel and his team took care of issues that Mercedes service team were not able to fix. Super easy communication, impeccable customer service, and above all is Adel with his one of one expertise. Adel’a seamless ability to identify the issues immediately is incredible and he’s a delight to deal with. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the great service.

I've been taking my Hyundai Tucson to V-Tech Automotive for the past 3 years, and Adel has always been honest, knowledgeable, and fair. He's handled oil changes, brakes, air and cabin filters, and minor electrical repairs, and the quality has always been excellent. The brake job on my Tucson was significantly less expensive than another shop I had used, and the parts and workmanship were better. Recently I bought a Mercedes-AMG C63 and trusted Adel to inspect it and give me an honest opinion before I purchased it. Afterward, he performed the oil change and brakes for a fraction of what the dealership would have charged. I've never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs, and Adel always takes the time to explain things clearly. I haven't needed any major repairs yet, but based on my experience over the last few years, I would trust V-Tech Automotive with them. Highly recommended.

Recently my car's dash board started to flicker and took to few mechanics and every one said to replace the instrument cluster and it was very expensive. . I took the car to Adel at V tech and he said it s different part . He insisted if we replace the cluster I should have the same issue and wasting money. He was absolutely right and I am glad I took my car to him . I have been taking my cars to him ever since and he is fast efficient and very reasonable. Keep up the great work.

Took my Explorer in for service that the dealership had recommended. Dealer cost was ridiculous, and V-Tec quoted half the cost. They did not try to over-sell and even suggested that some of the recommendations were not needed. A rare trait in a mechanic, in my experience. Adel was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Communication was outstanding and turnaround time was spot on. After completion, they physically showed the parts that were replaced; a nice touch that I had not seen in another mechanic. Gave confidence in the service. A great family business that seems to be doing great work. Highly recommended.
