It's all great until its not. Rarely do that do what they say. Im supposed to see a councelors 2xs a week and since I switched counselors I'm lucky if I get one appointment every 2 weeks... It seems to be that me saying this counselor is not the right fit I would like a new one puts me as the low man on the totem even though they all say speak up if it doesnt work and now they really do not care how I feel or how broken I am.

So far has been not a good fit. The therapist are either to young not enough experience or life experience in general to understand. Most of the time they make you feel attacked and like your the person who is at fault. It's really not a good place but it is what is for non private practice. I personally wouldn't recommend this place if there were more choices available to me. If you have choice stay away from them.

This place is a disaster. I met with a case manager 3 times. The appointment was supposed to be 60 or 90 minutes. Each time, the case manager shooed me out after 30 minutes. Seems unethical. I tried to talk to Donna, the clinic manager, about it. Donna blamed me. I asked Donna to assign me to a different case manager. Donna said she would, but didn’t. Months later, I asked the only competent person in reception about it and she got it done. Thank you to her. However, I have never been able to schedule with the new case manager because no one answers the scheduling line. The therapist I was assigned to is kind, but super inexperienced and not that helpful. She has also canceled same day at least 3 times. Therapy is useless when you only meet once a month, or not at all some months. I asked Donna to assign me to another therapist, but once again she ignores the request. Today I called to cancel the appointment and, once again, no one answered. Just a frustrating place to deal with..

Front desk and mewa, 2 people I spoke to. They are not professional. If im reaching out for my son 22yrs old who is a Schizophrenic and won't even get off couch for 2 months straight. He's obviously not able to mentally do alot. He is using my phone. This lady doesn't seem equipped to handle people in serious mental situations. She cut me off and rushed me off phone rudely. When I never asked for any information. Would not give me her name laughed at me when I asked for a supervisor. Rude And I'm not involved in my sons mental health plN and he continues to decline or stay steady to the point he will not get better unless he gets real help. This system is a joke

Angel who is the NP at this location doesn't really "oversee" prescriptions as she doesn't actually keep up with patient charts. She doesn't follow the Medical Directors protocol but seems to make her own rules up. When shown the protocol on their computer from their Medical Director and it shows that Angel was in fact making up her own rules, she then states, I'll change that later. Is she now a Medical Director? How does a NP change protocol for an entire system? The problem with this situation is that without ever meeting with the patient to discuss matters, Angel changed rules to the detriment of a mental health patient. I see this as retaliation against the patient. Jane being the med provider in this situation, also has never met with the patient face to face, but over the phone mentioned a "possible" diagnoses, when the patient asked for the testing or interview for the diagnoses of this "possible" mental health issue, the "protocols" were then changed. Patient was told they had to pass a UA to even MEET Jane. Interesting concept. Do they UA all patients before you meet with the med providers, or do you just never meet a med provider and the unqualified consolers tell them what to prescribe? Or does the patient tell them? Very confusing. In psychology the number 1 factor to most diagnosis is being able to OBSERVE the patient. How is it Jane can't even be seen without an UA, but can prescribe mental health medications for over 3 years? The unprofessionalism on every level is baffling. These are people who are in charge of other peoples mental health? We started off with asking for the Plan of Action for the patient. It took over 45 minutes for any notes to be found. Once found, the only portion of the plan was the objective- which wasn't the objective but a list of issues the patient stated. Donna, the office supervisor, was "helping" with this matter. She doesn't know protocol, she doesn't know that her staff are not doing their jobs (nor does she care), and she has an attitude when questioned why her staff are not following protocol. Her attitude is that her staff are perfect, and the patient is wrong. Her demeanor while talking to patients is very intimidating. When going to her with problems about her staff she literally talks over you and never actually answers any questions. She simply says I don't know or I'm not in charge of that division. She thinks that 2 years' experience in mental and behavior health is A LOT OF EXPERIENCE (This counselor couldn't define cognitive therapy and has no clue what an Action Plan is. Doesn't seem very experienced at all), and that this intern could handle a very complex case, when questioned about the consoler's capabilities Donna did finally admit that the consoler was NOT qualified. This is after 3 years. 3 years of the patient asking for more help and a consoler not understanding or caring that the needs of the patient was past her qualifications. Being that each case has a case manager you would think that the case manager might help. NOPE. For 3 years nothing has been done to help the patient, in fact this office has been a detriment to its patient. I feel that a patient is not allowed to advocate for themselves without retaliation on a grade school level. At one point the patient was put into a room with Donna, case worker, and counselor all at once to confront the issue, of course the main issue being with Jane, who just happened to call in the day. Guess what. Everything was blamed on Jane, who wasn't there. But her supervisor was- Angel- the same person who changed the rules just for that patient, then told me she was going to change the Medical Directors protocol. No accountability. Only excuses. They don't even know what an Action Plan is. After 3 years there is NO PLAN OF ACTION established with the patient. WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON HERE?
