I was super disappointed in this shop. I called to confirm if they do soak offs and price if they do. She told me yes and it was $10. I immediately walked over. They sat me down with an older woman. And she wasn't even attentive enough to know she was about to cut off my real nails. I had to stop her before she did and told her I wanted a "soak off to remove the overlay on my natural nails" she began clipping anyways leaving my nails uneven. They repeatedly asked me "why no manicure" and I explained it just wasn't something I was going in for or had the time. When she finished I ask her, and two other workers there to confirm it was 10$ and they all stood quiet. When I went up to the register she told me it would be 15$ because I didn't get a manicure done...how pathetic and a sad way to money grab customers. Definitely won't be back here or recommending it to anyone in the future. I told her they should disclose that on the phone with customers instead of false use of information. Adding another 5 just because I didn't get a manicure there? Even the slightest bit of consideration of coming back to get my nails done, they ruined.

I go to this place every 2 weeks for mani pedi with acrylic and gel. I just was in a week early due to my fill did not stick. I walked in and place was empty except for 2 women getting pedi. 6 workers were sitting doing nothing as thry did nk5 how to do mani. I asked for fill and color change. I was asked to come back in one hour and I had an appt. I came back in one hour. The place was packed with patrons and I asked about my appointment. My appointment mysteriously disappeared and the head lady stated since all these people walked in they couldn't service me. Bad bad business!!!!!! I will never use this place again. Beware!!!!

Linda and Team are the best of the best when it comes to hair and nails. Never have a problem getting service even as a walk in. Fast and professional type of service.

I was greeted with a smile and was seated immediately. I was helped out by three different ladies and everyone was so nice, funny and personable! On top of the amazing service, I loved my nails. This will definitely be my new regular nail spot.

I used this place for 20+ years. They change the new owner. I was going with her for 10 years and only one time I complain my polish it was not good didn’t look good so I asked for a refund on it one time after 20+ years onto the rest of it she refused to give me the money back and she told me it was very rude with the lady who did my pedicure when I use it for 20 years I already complained one time and she told me in a text I was very rude to ask for my refund ..I was going to a wedding look like this !! Sad but true I was a good client for long time !! Sad because I’m DIDNT said anything to be rude
