It was truly a pleasure meeting Ms. Madison yesterday! 💕 Ms. Madison absolutely deserves recognition and should be promoted to a sales representative because she goes above and beyond in every way. When I first arrived at Van Cleef & Arpels, I initially just wanted to look around on my own because I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to ask, and I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time. I knew that I loved the designer and wanted to learn more about the brand. While some of the main sales representatives seemed a bit intimidating and not very welcoming, Ms. Madison made my experience completely different. From the moment I walked in, Ms. Madison greeted me warmly, offered me something to drink, and made me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. I shared the purpose of my visit, and Ms. Madison took the time to educate me on the beautiful world of Van Cleef & Arpels. As a rose gold lady, I appreciated how she thoughtfully brought out beautiful pieces that reflected my personal style. The boutique itself was absolutely stunning, and I sincerely appreciated the time we spent together learning more about this incredible brand and its timeless jewelry. 💎💖 Ms. Madison shared the beautiful love story behind the brand, and it truly touched my heart in so many ways. Hearing the history and meaning behind Van Cleef & Arpels made the experience even more meaningful and special. 💫 I especially appreciated how she explained the art of layering jewelry and guided me on which pieces would be best for me as a new client stepping into these timeless and elegant designs. Ms. Madison showed me several beautiful pieces that I completely fell in love with, and I happily shared all the details with my husband. 🥰✨ The chocolates were absolutely rich, delicious, and such a thoughtful, classy touch! 🍫 It made the entire luxury experience feel even more special. Thank you, Ms. Madison, for providing me with a guided tour and showing me around the boutique. This was my first ever VCA experience, and Patrick was the best! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel so welcome and took the time to walk me through all the collections. He quickly understood exactly what I was looking for and made my first purchase feel incredibly special. The entire experience was beautiful from start to finish. I am almost certain that the poor ratings given by other individuals below was due to the fact that they didn’t have an appointment. If you’re going to explore this kind of luxury, do your research. Showing up without an appointment even for something as simple as service is frowned upon. If this makes you upset then Van Cleef is not the store for you. I bought my pieces in Milan and scheduled an appointment with Jessica for service. She’s a 10/10. Highly recommend.

Came here for the first time to have my necklace chain extended. My sweet husband surprised me with this beautiful piece for my birthday and I needed a couple inches added. The boutique is absolutely stunning. All the personnel were so polite and professional. Patrick assisted me with my needs with the utmost care, took time to show me all their pieces on display, and even elaborated on the history of the company along with the inspiration for different styles of jewelry. Patrick was so personable and kind. What I thought would be a simple drop off and go, turned out to be a very informative and luxurious experience. I was incredibly well cared for and will absolutely be back for future purchases.

I recently was in the market for the Blue Aggat bracelet from Van Cleef. After being told multiple times from client services over the phone the wait would be 3-4 months my hopes were lost. I went into the location and spoke with Madison who was absolutely phenomenal. RayMark who I normally work with was out that day and I absolutely love working with him, but Madison was quick to assure me she could help me for him. I wanted to see what my current bracelet would look like next to the blue aggat and luckily they had a different piece that I was able to hold next to my current bracelet to see the look. I fell in love. Madison was quick to tell me she would put me on their waitlist and if one came in she would let me know. On my vacation I received a call the second it came in, I was ecstatic. I ended up purchasing the piece and I have to say Madison’s follow up, attentiveness, attention to detail, care for my experience, and all together her personality were the driving factors in me having my fiancé go and get it for me while I was out of town. Madison is an excellent member of the team and should definitely be looked at for future opportunities to grow within Van Cleef. Additionally, RayMark sold me my first piece some time back and has given me a strong appreciation for the brand, what it stands for, and I’m now a proud customer for life.
