VEGAS PERFORMANCE, LLC.

I am updating my review following the owner’s rude response. Rather than asking who I am or verifying which service I received, you dismissed my review as fake or spam. My name is Manuel E. Ruiz, and I am the owner of the silver Camry that I brought to your shop for service and brake-pad replacement—an experience I genuinely regret. Instead of responding professionally and trying to resolve my concerns, you chose to accuse me and speak disrespectfully. Your replies to other customer reviews also reflect a troubling pattern in how you treat people who raise legitimate concerns. Customers should be treated with respect, even when they are dissatisfied. I believe the negative reviews reflect real customer experiences. It is disappointing to see a business respond defensively rather than take responsibility and work toward a solution. ----------------------------------------------------------- Avoid this shop. I brought my car to Vegas Performance expecting quality work, but the entire process was frustrating. The turnaround time took days longer than promised with zero outreach from their staff to explain the delay. On top of that, they added surprise fees at pickup, and the car is still making the exact same noise I brought it in for. Save your time and money and find a mechanic who actually values clear communication and honest service.

Like it never happened, I came out fired the truck up and got the dreaded ford cam phaser rattle I set up an appointment with them they worked with my extended warranty got the truck done and kept me informed the whole time. I don’t know the owner personally but I believe they are great honest people and will continue to use the shop well into the future, I recommend stopping in getting your vehicle looked over and getting familiar with them they will take care of you 100%

Women owned auto repair shop!! Hard to find! - Stephanie & David were absolutely amazing! Very honest. Pricing is fair but 100% worth the expense and warrantied. As a women it’s hard to find good shops. I very recommend this shop. Back on the road and happy with the service.

I was referred through my warranty company who did not assist in paying for the repairs. I had my valve gaskets , spark plugs, some other minor things done. I have never been happier with the performance of my car. I felt well cared for the …

Vegas Performance is such a quality business. Their prices are fair and they are honest. I’ve been a customer for over a year and I’m so happy I found a mechanic that doesn’t try to sell you something that you don’t need. They make suggestions but back it up with facts. I highly recommend them. And I will use them anytime I need some help with my vehicles
