I visited this nail salon for the first time while attending a work training in the area and decided to stop in during my lunch break. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and I immediately noticed how clean, relaxing, and peaceful the salon was. The quiet ambiance made for a wonderful experience. Julie attended to me quickly, and after showing her a photo of the nail design I wanted, she exceeded all of my expectations. Her precision & talent truly impressed me. My nails came out even better than the inspiration picture! I also treated myself to a pedicure, and it was honestly one of the best pedicures I've had in a very long time. The service was thorough, relaxing, and professional from start to finish. Although I live more than 45 minutes away, I can confidently say that I will be making the drive back for the exceptional service and quality work. Sophie is the best! Her nail art is so good that people stand and watch as she works. The staff are always very friendly and relatable as well.

We visited this place for my daughter’s birthday and brought a couple of her friends along to get their nails done. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The person at the front desk was not welcoming at all. On any other day, we would have walked out, but we didn’t want to disappoint our daughter on her special day. The overall staff attitude felt very indifferent. It seemed like most of them just wanted to finish the work and move on, rather than making the kids feel comfortable or valued. The only exception was one elderly staff member, who truly stood out. She was kind, kept checking if my daughter was comfortable, asked if she needed water, adjusted the chair when needed, made sure she liked the color she chose, and genuinely made her smile. That level of care was appreciated and made a difference. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not match that effort. The work itself was not done neatly, and to our disappointment, the nail polish started peeling off the very next day. Overall, this was not the birthday experience we had hoped for, and it left us feeling quite let down.

The compliments I receive are unmatched! The pictures don’t do justice. Julie’s attention to detail and precision are hard to find. So happy I found this place!
