I absolutely LOVED my experience here! From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The customer service was top-tier, and the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. A special shoutout to Larry, my pedicure technician! He did an amazing job and provided one of the BEST massages I’ve ever had at a nail salon. It was a real massage—not the rushed kind you often get—and it was so relaxing that I literally started dozing off in the chair! To make it even better, he provided a heated neck wrap that felt amazing and took the relaxation to another level. His attention to detail, professionalism, and kind personality made the entire experience exceptional. I also appreciated the little touches that make this salon stand out, like being served premium wine in actual wine glasses instead of disposable cups. It made the experience feel elevated and luxurious. The entire staff was incredibly nice, attentive, and focused on making sure customers felt comfortable and cared for. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and take pride in providing a great experience. If you’re looking for a salon that combines excellent service, talented technicians, a relaxing atmosphere, and genuine hospitality, this is the place to go. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and already looking forward to my next appointment. I will definitely be back and highly recommend everyone give them a try. This is my new favorite salon! This was my first visit and the customer service was exceptional from the greeting at the door until checkout. Thu gave me the most relaxing pedicure. I got the lavender mint treatment. The massage chairs were top notch. Everything about my experience was the best. I highly recommend.

From the management team, Annie and Crystal, to the friendly staff who always check to see if you need anything, everyone helps make this nail spa the best in Mansfield. The nail technicians are experienced and talented, and my favorite is Christina—she always does an amazing job! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service is top notch, I highly recommend it!

Wonderful experience!!! Had a vanilla latte pedi with gel polish and the dip for my hands, and I am more than satisfied. My technicians went the extra mile and tested the colors to confirm a match to help me relax comfortably, knowing that my nails would look great when they were finished. I left with my feet feeling great, and was even surprised with a birthday gift on my way out!!! Thanks ladies (and I can confirm that the guys do a great job too)!

I had a great experience. Everything is clean. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The only negative is that the dip I chose didn’t match what I received. It is a beautiful color, so I didn’t complain. I think there might be multiple 129 colors in different brands….I believe this is where the mix up happened. Again, the color I received is so pretty. I know to be more specific next time.
