I’ve been coming to this salon and seeing Stacy for the past 3 years, and she has always been amazing. She’s incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and truly cares about her clients. I honestly don’t trust anyone else with my nails. Recently I brought my mom in for an appointment and she was scheduled with Vikki. Unfortunately, my mom’s nails started chipping just TWO days later, which was really disappointing. When we came back, Stacy stepped in and completely turned the situation around. She fixed my mom’s nails beautifully and made sure everything looked perfect. What really stood out to me was that because we didn’t have to pay for the correction, Stacy personally took the hit on her time. She could have taken new customers during that time but instead chose to fix the issue with such a warm welcome and a genuinely positive attitude. That level of professionalism and care is exactly why I’ve trusted Stacy with my nails for the past 3 years. She truly stands behind her work and wants every client to leave happy. If you visit this salon, I highly recommend booking with Stacy. She is talented, kind, and goes above and beyond for her clients.

I don’t think I have ever felt so cheated at any nail salon. My husband planned a nice manicure and pedicure at this salon on my birthday to pamper me. We both went there and I wanted to do a gel nail polish. I already told them I want gel nail polish on my natural nails. I went there on June 30th Tuesday. From the next day I observed some peeling on my nails which is unusual and understood quickly that she had put regular gel polish on me and charged my husband for gel. While doing the nails, Michelle wasn’t very friendly and understanding. She was mentioning surcharges for every damn thing like making round shape would charge additional 10$ (which is not any abnormal shape IMO). She didn’t even shape my natural nails which I had roughly shaped at home. Regardless I said yes and they charged a total of 55$ for nails. We spent around 200$ in total including tip at this salon and this is the quality I received. I am not new at this but deceiving your customers like this is not cool.

I had such a great experience at this salon! The place is always very clean, the environment is relaxing, and the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. Anna is absolutely amazing at what she does. She’s professional, detail oriented and always makes sure my nails come out perfect 😍😊You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and a beautiful result every time. Thank you to all the staff you guys are amazing!

I've been coming to Ventana Nails since I lived in Katy. I live in Conroe now and I make that drive twice a month. I got these done over a month ago and the jewels didn't fall off and the regular designs always last long. 100/10 highly recommend.
