Do not ever go to this salon for your hair services. The money you pay will be completely wasted — you might as well throw it into the fire. They lie about their services. They charged our family around $400 with the promise that the results would last at least four months, but after washing the hair, there was absolutely nothing like what they had promised. When we went back, they deceived us again with thousands of excuses. These people are very professional scammers. Be careful and do not fall for their sweet talk and false promises. Once they take your money, the next day they come up with endless excuses about the promises they made. They falsely told us that the products they use meet California standards and that nothing better could be done. But my question is: how can you charge a family around $450 when your service does not even last two days??? When you go back to complain, they say you must wash your hair with their special shampoo, and with that excuse they try to sell you their low-quality shampoo as well — even though that produces no results either. In short, stay away from these professional thieves and do not send your families to them.

Terrible terrible service. If I could give zero ratings I would. Ahlam and her staff were incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. They had told me I don’t need to make an appointment and I could walk in. However, after walking in Ahlam said I needed an appointment. She made me wait for 4 hours until I was seen. People were coming in after me and they were being serviced just because they spoke Arabic but I just had to wait for hours and hours. I kept asking her when it will be my turn and she said after this client after this client. Not to mention I drove all the way from Escondido for this haircut just to be treated absolutely disrespected. Never again. I WOULD NEVER recommend this salon to anyone.
